Fantastic stay.
We had a fantastic stay, at the Halici Hotel, in Marmaris. All the staff work so hard, big shout to Maria, she's so lovely. The hotel is clean, and well maintained. Rooms are cleaned every day. Cannot fault this place at all. Thank you to ALL the staff that made our stay so nice.
Halici is the Perfect place to make memories
This hotel is a little gem the location is perfect for the beach harbour , grand bazar. This was a very chilled place with laughter and fun young and old we had a lovely room with balcony and could actually see the beautiful beach and sea, the Ai is very good for everyone we had a few treats and nipped to restaurants and kfc which are all around coffee shops and ice cream parlour all within a few minutes it was a very safe environment Maria was amazing even before we set off there were important issues with our booking and if it wasn’t for her we would of had a nightmare this is what the Halici does takes each visitor and makes them special we had a blast we lived the slides and enjoyed our boat trip will be coming back soon x we have been going to Turkey for over 25 years and this is top of our list Thankyou Halici

Excellent hotel
Excellent location a few minutes walk from beach , lovely friendly hotel the stag are amazing can’t do enough for you , Maria the guest relations manager is fantastic can’t help you enough she’s worth her weight in gold. Rooms are nice spotlessly clean , whole hotel is spotless , quiet on the night time so No problems in sleeping , shops close buy , lovely bar staff lovely atmosphere , I was worried about the food as I am a very fussy eater but I was supprised at how many choices they have neat night is turkey night the food was amazing , plenty of sunbeds around the pool , I will defo barely be returning

Great Location, Disappointing Guest Relations
Location: Excellent, very central location. Everything is within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, bars and shops.
Rooms: Basic but acceptable. There is very little storage space, making it difficult to unpack your luggage. The suitcases are also difficult to keep open due to the limited space. The air conditioning is below average; you only really feel the cold air when standing directly underneath it. As soon as it is switched off, the room heats up almost immediately. If you stay in a front-facing room, the balcony offers a beautiful view of both the sea and the mountains.
Service: Unfortunately, our holiday was overshadowed by the way our complaint was handled by the guest manager, Maria Whitehead (also known as Maria Babalik). We felt that our concerns were dismissed rather than listened to, and instead of trying to de-escalate the situation, it escalated further. We left feeling that we were not treated fairly or with empathy. The reception staff were not particularly welcoming. They rarely greeted us unless we greeted them first, and communication in English was often difficult, which was surprising for an international tourist hotel. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, pool bar staff and chefs were always friendly, hardworking and welcoming.
Overall, Halici Hotel has an excellent location and several hardworking staff members who deserve recognition. Unfortunately, the way our complaint was handled by management left a lasting negative impression that overshadowed what could otherwise have been a pleasant holiday.
