Best hotel
Excellent hotel, entertainment team first class. We've been to so many hotels but this was the best we've ever seen. Thank you for making our holiday even better. Shout out to eylul.
Kids Club Feedback
We recently stayed at the hotel for 10 nights, and this was our 9th visit over the years. The food, hotel, entertainment, and overall experience are always outstanding, which is exactly why we keep coming back.
I especially want to give a huge thank you to the Kids Club team. Libbi and Zekiey are absolute lifesavers! Our 8-year-old daughter absolutely loves spending time there. They always make sure the activities are suitable for children of all ages, and they genuinely care for every child. We would honestly be lost without them.
Thank you so much, girls, for everything you do. You are both absolute angels, and your hard work does not go unnoticed. ❤️
The only thing that has disappointed us during this visit is the change to the Kids Club opening hours. It is now only open from 10am–5pm, and all of the evening activities have been cancelled. The Kids Club used to be open from 9pm–11pm, which was a huge benefit for parents. It gave us the chance to watch the evening entertainment and enjoy a couple of hours to ourselves, knowing our daughter was happy and well looked after.
I really think the hotel management should reconsider this decision. We’ve spoken to several families during our stay who have said they won’t be returning because of this change . It would be a real shame, as everything else about the hotel is fantastic and this has always been one of the things that made it stand out from others.

Fab holiday!!
First visit to Turkey...don't know why we waited so long! Checked in late at night, reception staff very friendly. A very nice chap took our luggage to our room. On the way up he explained where we'd find the restaurant, pool etc and when we got to the room, he showed us how to work the safe and air conditioning. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Everyday it was cleaned, fresh towels provided and mini bar restocked.
Food...excellent! I'm vegetarian and I can often struggle abroard to make a meal beyond chips and salad but my gosh, the choice was amazing. I was stuffed every night! My diabetic hubby's willpower was put to the test with all the amazing desserts on offer!
Pool....very clean! Plenty of beds and umberellas. We found at the start of our holiday, we could come down about half 6/7ish and still get a decent spot but as soon as the UK kids broke up from school and it got busier, we ended up having to get up about 4am to get a decent spot by the pool. Tbh there's no point moaning about that cos it's basically the norm these days wherever you go but if I didn't have kids then I can say confidently that me and the hubby would be able to come down at 9/10am and still get a bed and brolly, no problem. Though we didn't use the private beach area, I can note that there's a member of staff constantly keeping it tidy and you can take your drinks onto the beach.
Entertainment....was OK but could be better. Daytime activities were the same everyday. Music by the pool was the same for the first 4 days until they decided to shake it up ever so slightly! I was looking forward to the bingo but they didn't always get enough players. Evening entertainment was OK. I think they are missing a quiz night, something that gets everyone involved and having a laugh. They could even move the bingo to the evening, they'd definitely get more people taking part. Our kid has outgrown the kids disco/entertainment so I can't comment on that but I do think it is good they have a stage for the kids entertainment and a stage down by the beach for the adult entertainment.
I've read some of the reviews from the same time we were there and all I can say is I think they must have been staying at a different hotel to us.....we were only there 1 day and we were already pricing up a holiday for 2027!!!

fantastic time
we had the best time in this hotel been to other hotels but by far this is the best service great lovely friendly staff very clean .food amazing and restaurant staff very helpful especially ali who took care of the tables at the entrance of restaurant i have already booked for next july location great atmosphere very friendly entertainment for kids was very good and the kids club is run very professionally well done everyone involved can’t wait to get back
