Green Nature Diamond: Where everyone smiles and hospitality shines!
During our stay at the Green Nature Diamond in Marmaris, we received an exceptional welcome that truly made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, “Alp”at the front desk greeted us with remarkable politeness, genuine kindness, and an engaging conversational manner. Not only was he an attentive listener, but he also acted as a wonderful guide throughout our visit. This hotel truly embodies its name as a "Green Diamond where everyone smiles." The warm hospitality shown by Alp and the entire staff—who are constantly attentive to every guest's needs—is the main reason we will eagerly return for a second visit.

Entertainment team (panda entertainment)
The entertainment team are the best we’ve ever experience on a holiday. They are always looking to get you involved with activities and they have so much going on. From yoga, water aerobics, pool parties and so much more. They remembered our name after one day and are always so lovely. Special mention to Aru and Freddo who are absolutely amazing. They cater to all ages. Would absolutely recommend!!!

entertainment team are brilliant, loads of activities to do every day and they get you involved with all the different activities, especially freddo and aru👍

we arrived around 1am and no food available for us so we went to McDonald’s across the road , we were given a crap room 1203 no view only a astroturfed roof
The food is really good no complaints there and the staff as in bar and restaurant work hard and are happy to help
On our stay the main pool had to be closed twice in as many days due to someone having a toilet accident in there !!
It was our daughters 21st birthday so we brought balloons and banners with us and ask the guest relations to decorate the bedroom so when we returned from our boat trip she’d have a lovely surprise… we gave them all the balloons blown up and guess what …. They hadn’t done it . I even left a note on the desk to remind them of what we’d agreed the night before …when we asked why wasn’t this done she pretty much called us liars and said we’d arranged to decorate the restaurant… why on earth would we want the restaurant decorated with her balloons as we had a lot of them
Anyway cut a long story short , myself and my husband became unwell on the day of our return we visited the doctor and had to do a sample , we were sick , diarrhoea and the most horrendous stomach cramps … turns out we have caught H Pylori from the pool !!
We have complained to Jet2 and I would not recommend this hotel at all , I’ve stayed in cleaner and much nicer 3 stars tbh
Stay somewhere else as we paid £8000 for a week for us and the kids to be poorly

Amazing kids club.
KIDS CLUB!!!!!! Wow wow wow We had such an amazing experience in this kids club, from the beginning they welcomed me and my family and we immediately felt safe and comfortable to leave our children there. They open at 10 am, they do so many activities including, morning Zumba, yoga and gym. Arts are crafts. Soo many games, they also have bowling, darts, water balloon games. My children really had so much fun we couldn’t get them out! Kids club yes is amazing however when we came 2 years ago kids club was open night time, and this was so good for parents to leave their children in so they can have fun and we as parents can enjoy the entertainment at the stage or Volo. This was really sad for us to realise that this had changed this year and it upset my children too as they especially enjoyed the night time activities. They loved the movie night and karaoke night! I really hope management make this change for next year as I know many families feel the same about this situation too. We did enjoy our holiday everything was amazing. Thank you again Kids Club, we will be back, and hopefully the night time programme will be back too!
