The hotel enjoys a superb location surrounded by pine forests, overlooking the Bay of Marmaris. The resort of Icmeler is approximately 2 km away while its bigger sister, Marmaris, is 6 km away. Both are easily reached by public transport which runs from the main road in front of the hotel. Marmaris Castle and marina is some 5 km away. Rhodes is accessible by ferry in some 45 minutes. The hotel is set in large, pine tree forest grounds and has its own sandy beach and pier. The accommodation consists of a main building and villa-style blocks in the gardens. Guests have access to many wonderful amenities, including the Arcadia Spa, a 330m long private beach, sun-bathing platforms and lush gardens with opportunities to stretch out on a hammock under the trees. (Some facilities may not be open year round due to weather seasonal conditions).
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Good location on the edge of Icmeler. Plenty of bars, cafes, shops in 10 mins walking distance. Walking into town on the main road was an 'average' experience, but taking a walk from the hotel's beach was lovely.
It's a huge complex and caters for many hundreds of guests at any one time. Considering this scale it is well managed, clean and provides very good service. There were plenty of staff, most of whom were reasonably smiley/friendly, but around a third of them did not seem at all happy - or helpful - unless pestered into action.
We were 3 adults in a family 'bungalow', located a 5 minutes walk from Reception, main bar and restaurant. It was not a bungalow, but a small apartment, consisting of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It had a reasonably large balcony with views of trees and other buildings.
The main bar was dark and cosy - like a British pub in feel. It was excellent and we sampled many lovely cocktails - but always very empty of customers - too many outdoor alternatives, perhaps. Food in the main restaurant was wonderful - so many choices and really good quality. We also visited the healthy eating restaurant in Block B a few times, just for a change. That whole area was nice and peaceful.
Most of the other guests were either Turkish or Russian and didn't speak or smile outside their own groups. So the overall atmosphere was a little less friendly than I'd have preferred and we only came away with two new friends.
Great hotel with all inclusive service, nice ambient and fantastic food. Hope see you again next year.
Second time here First time coming back to a hotel and booked for a third time now in June 2027 The first time was just so brilliant due to our attention and care from Fatma 🥰 I love this place It’s so safe It took us a few minutes to get in via security as my transfer was booked in Katie but my passport is Kathleen. I just love good security and it’s so evident across this hotel always.
The Italian is lovely. Thank you to Burak and Ahmet, my kids loved their care.
The steak house is brilliant lunch and dinner. Mustaf is worth his weight in gold. Thank you for my Backlava- heaven in my mouth!
Next time we arrive we will let Ekram the Photographer know. His photos are so beautifully awesome and brilliant memories. His shots of our kids mid jump into the pool we couldn’t do ourselves. He took us on a family photo shot one evening and I loved he wasn’t pushy and we happily bought what we wanted and more than we planned to as his pics were so good
We really loved their water gym class daily was it Sila? Lovely girl! We loved their kids disco.
Emir at the bar always made us feel happy and welcome
Gorgeous spa- book in advance for best prices. We had a family Turkish bath and massage outdoor in the cabanas.
My kids had their hair braided on site and loved it
We loved Pepsi in the clothing store: last year we spent a day away from the pool and this year realised we got better quality items and better prices via him on site
I thought the aqua pool jump was so so fun and made friends for the week via that class ( adults only) the guy who takes is it is just wonderful
Thanks to Faruk in the restaurant who when I lost my 4 year old kept her safe and kept her calm whilst I was panicking reuniting us quickly. To me that meant a lot. About this hotel how much they care for kids and how safe it is.
Lovely coffee Lovely tea too! We just felt so safe and happy here The slides are so fun and so staffed and safe. Maybe it’s just me- but this hotel with great female employees makes for the best holiday for families. Thank you Fatma for making us fall in love with your hotel!
Lastly I love the cleaners. Everyday our room was made us lovely. Best women making my life easier and lovely!
The whole place is immaculate.
The staff are amazing but as usual our favourite was Fatma- so professional and efficient and gorgeous
We can’t wait to go back and spend two weeks jumping off the plontoon in the sea, swimming in the pool, sliding down with my kids, living our best lives being in love! This place is a wee bit of heaven. And just so safe for kids. Between the best staff and security I could totally relax. We can’t wait to go back
Overall a fabulous family hotel in pretty much all respects. Food excellent quality in the main buffet and à la carte restaurants. It’s Turkish mainly in the buffet, which is a pleasant change to mostly international with a few local dishes. Very good for breakfast lunch and dinner. Lots of snacks available from Kebabs, ice Cream, cakes to Pizzas and Italian on the beach and Turkish.snack meals near the main pool. Asian restaurant astounding and Mehde was amazing. Pool huge and always found a bed, staff will assist if you can’t find enough together. Beach area the best we’ve seen. Loads of beds, clear sea and lots of easy access to the sea. On patio areas there is drinks service from staff on rollerblades. Sometimes same also at the pool. Drinks all made properly and easy to get and mostly branded. Entertainment excellent - beach party brilliant and also they had Benge - a local pop star on one night. It’s mostly Turkish led but again we are in Turkey so it makes a massive change!! A few slight criticisms Rooms a bit bare - fine but nothing special but they seem to spend a lot on making everything else amazing so was fine by us. Corridors to the rooms look like a service corridor in a hospital with exposed fire water pipes and carpet tiles but again no big deal. Wi-Fi woeful. Can take 10 mins of perseverance to get into it then it’s slow or just drops you out. No good for much more than the odd WhatsApp or email. Staff overall excellent everywhere
We loved staying in this hotel. It was so pretty and the facilities were endless. So many things to do. We loved the outdoor thermal pool so relaxing. As an adult only pool it was just what we wanted. The evenings were great. A range of bars and entertainment. Fabulous drinks all top quality and not watered down. Friendly staff who were welcoming and polite. Hotel was stunning with good style and finish in the reception areas and thermal club.beautiful furniture and lamps. The grand bar is beautiful and so relaxing with a nice terrace outside. Bar maid does an excellent job. Great management who helped me out when I needed an orthopaedic pillow and help with my neck issues and comfort. So helpful. Very helpful and kind. Everything has been amazing and will come again. The only thing that let the holiday down was the lack of coffee in our room. We had to complain twice. On top of that, lack of water put in the fridge,. As we are older we don’t need fizzy drinks, beer just water to make a coffee and drink. Sadly these needs were not met and spoilt our experience at the hotel. Room maintenance was minimal with a change of towels daily and bath mat. Sink never washed or floors. Not sure if bedding was changed but it was made.
