dissapointed
when booking through jet 2 and had airport assistance i was told they would inform the apartments to try get lower apartment then i private emailed the apartments and was told this was fine and they would do their best, 1 week before told i would b in an the room for 2 nights then bottom, the day before told the apartment i was getting had a bathroom fault and would need to stay at there sister hotel one night till my apartment was fixed, phone jet 2 and they got back saying they have me an other apartment it was due to over booking not a fault, i am recovering from a stroke , my mobility is ok but anxiety , stress, exhausting and due to this it seems to bring vertigo on , we arrived to be put on the 5th floor with slanted ceilings, i am 5ft3 and still constantly hitting my head of it, my stroke was a bloody clot to the brain so this definitely is not the best , jet 2 rep spoke to the manager that said i could be moved in 8 days , and of course this never happened, towels are meant to be change every 3 days ours was done twice withing 2 weeks. Manage to pay for late check out then on the last day reception phoned to say we had not paid, so remember get receipt . this was meant to be a relaxing holiday and the stress that i had from the manager and reception men was terrible, on a good not and why i booked here was down to the bar,pool and food area as the guys there are all so nice, sorry but wont be back and already booked for other apartments next year

Great apartments
Great place friendly &good location, all the staff are friendly, excellent location bars & supermarket 5 mins away, food in apartment's was really good & very reasonable prices, we've booked up for next year we where that impressed

Amazing
Brilliant location, staff were out standing and were very friendly from reception to the lovely cleaners to the guys that work at the bar and waiter. Nothing was ever to much. Atmosphere was great. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The food was always great never a mad meal. A would 100% recommend this place for the value we paid.
Can’t wait to return to see jengus, jimmy and all the staff again in September
One week away and really enjoyed
Just got back from a one weeks stay at club sunsmile Arrived late but check in was so much and easy The food at the restaurant is really really good didnt have one bad meal and we ate there every day and the beer is a good price to the staff at the bsr and restaurant are real nice and friendly always had time for a chat always made you feel welcome The reception staff was also real friendly every time passed they spoke The room was spotless and a real good size the bed was so comfy and the room was cleaned daily and all the house keeping staff are friendly to Enjoyed that much looking to book for 2027

Just back from 2 week stay can’t say enough about this place .all staff from reception my wife had a bad leg and every time we came down on lift Murat would come out to help her down steps nothing to much trouble .gengis and all the staff in bar area and around pool were very friendly and ready to help .chefs in kitchen were always friendly and food was amazing forgot to say we had been here before and things are improving each time thanks again hope to see you all soon Anna and gary
