Disgusting thieving scammers
Absolutely disgusting service the maids stole our stuff and poured red juice on the white sheets to stain them so we would have to pay a charge we went down stairs and the guy at reception was like it's not them he wouldn't show us CCTV but checked then said they didn't do it but didn't charge us so he clearly knew the did it is absolutely disgusting and they were saying don't dare accuse the staff next time even tho we were down stairs at the time eating the tasteless horrible breakfast never stay here absolutely disgusting and the pictures are like 20 years old don't go you will have a better time in sirya then here I have attached what the maids did to the room in the pic
All about money
Hotel rooms dont have kettles or fridge £20 to rent a kettle for 1 week £30 for fridge air-conditioning £35. Friday nite after match after 3 in morning fighting in Hotel police where called air-conditioning shut down all nite in the hotel couldn't get asleep place is really noisy at nite. I have videos of the fighting incase they say we are lieing. Wouldn't stay again .
What a absolute dump
Personally I wouldn’t put a dog in this hotel.been here a week and haven’t had the room cleaned.had to get clean towels from the cleaners trolley.believe me I left toothpaste on the side of the sink and it’s still there a week later..the decor in the room is like something from the 60,s.half curtains,mould in the shower.absolutely disgusting

There’s marks on the walls, the doors to put clothes and other items are broken, you have to pay for pretty much anything including a fridge and WiFi in your room on top of having to pay for data to work in turkey beds are hard as a rock, balcony views are just trees, mould in shower, not many places to charge items such as phones, power banks etc, rooms look nothing like they do on the photos, not many places to put things the man who showed us to our rooms but all 4 of our suitcases and all 4 of our party in to a small lift he also didn’t tell us he had the controllers for the air con we payed for. First night in this hotel and already want to leave. Definitely would not be staying here again
