This modern hotel offers high quality service for all types of guests and for all ages and features a TV lounge, a bar, restaurant and outdoor pool. Located in one of the main shopping and entertainment areas of the resort, the beach is just a few metres away from the hotel. Public transport runs in front of the hotel providing easy access to Marmaris' bazaar, a 5 minutes' ride away and the smaller resort of Icmeler, 6 km away.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Hotel was clean and rooms cleaned daily with bedding and towels changed Staff were friendly and the reception staff were very helpful and smiley. This is beautiful to see as a solo traveller. I was made to feel safe in the hotel and surrounding area
I have stayed in many different hotels in Marmaris along the sea line as I love a seaview. Usually paying the price for just that be it al or bb. Funds were short for this trip so I chose this hotel because I had viewed it whilst being in Marmaris in the past. The location is great for me, near everything or with in walking distance, I did however catch the bus to marina which took less than 5 mins from the hotel. The hotel itself is lovely and clean and fresh smelling in reception area, I was on fourth floor with a beautiful seaview room (at no extra charge) which was given on request on my second day. Good size room but no kettle so bring your own like I did.Staff are all very pleasant and friendly especially waiter during the day. Breakfast is good, very Turkish but hay I'm in Turkey so is expected. All in all a gem of a hotel and definitely be returning . Thanks for a lovely stay. Very good for solo travellers too.
Great location fantastic breakfast lovely staff especially Aran and Phylis the managers made us feel very welcome will definitely stay here again
I loved this hotel..staff were really friendly rooms really good....clean and comfortable and was in perfect location
Nice modern hotel, a 5 minute walk from the beach and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The bus station to go to the airport is a 5-10 minute drive with regular public minibuses stopping just outside. The marina and castle are a 20 minute walk away.
There is a fabulous Turkish bath in the basement (Kirke Wellness), staff are very nice - with Thai statues and motifs everywhere though, it doesn’t feel particularly Turkish lol… The daily breakfast was plentiful and delicious (although the hot food wasn’t great quality, very much “all inclusive” style). The pool at the back seemed a bit dingy, and doesn’t look like it would get much sunlight.
Wi-Fi was decent but dropped out all the time. My room had a very nice double bed and small fridge, with good if old and very loud air conditioning and a decent if very underlit bathroom. Lovely balcony also.
Thankfully it was end of season and the hotel was almost empty, because it’s very echoey and noise carried everywhere - you could hear other guests if they were speaking at the other side of the hotel on the same floor, and on one occasion a couple were put into the room directly next to mine and spent hours yelling and laughing on their phone…. I was also put into a room on arrival facing the busy main road and directly above a tourist bar with pounding music which was an odd choice.
The lady at reception was polite and the young guy working the breakfast was friendly and welcoming. The male manager veered between friendly and surly/glaring.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend Marmaris unless you want to go clubbing or eat full English breakfast with northern Brits and Russians. There is no Turkish culture here at all. The hotel itself was good in quiet season and very reasonably priced, but I wouldn’t return.
