Fantastic hotel to stay at in Turkey
The hotels staff are so nice, always friendly and there to help solve any problems that may arise. From the reception to various bartenders serving you with a happy atmosphere right through to the restaurant staff. I can not fault them in anyway

I have just come back from this hotel and had a fantastic week. The staff were very friendly, hotel spotless, housekeeping every day, helpful staff and cracking sea view room. Entertainment was good throughout the day things including water polo and then evening time was singers, dancers, kids disco etc. Only one downfall was the ice cream counter language barrier with one member of staff who could not understand us but was resolved by pointing. Hoping to return next year.
Good but congested
Hotel is good but congested. All Swimming pool depth is 1.5m which is no good for everyone . Room have balcony but air con unit is situated in balcony which blow hot air so balcony is useless. Food was ok but more beef dish. Drinks are the best thing in this place.
Do Not Stay Here – Absolutely Disgusting and Deceptive
Don’t let the online pictures fool you; this place is filthy, run-down, and covered in mold. It doesn’t even meet basic motel standards. The environment is suffocating, sticky, and completely outdated. To make matters worse, the staff is incredibly rude. Despite advertising free on-site parking, we were turned away upon arrival by a security guard who told us to find and pay for street parking ourselves. The front desk staff and doormen were equally unpleasant and unhelpful. Avoid this place at all costs.
Blue Bay Summer 2026
Took a short break to Turkey. First time visitors. Hotel was extremely well managed, very clean and the staff were all excellent. For us the food and cuisine and the atmosphere in the restaurant was exceptional with the staff all being courteous, helpful and respectful. What made our holiday was Relax Bar for adults only which was totally managed and maintained by Alex on his own. What can we say about Alex other than wow, he was always attentive and nothing too much. Spoke good English and took the time to chat about football lol. The only negative is that his English premier side he follows is Arsenal lol. What we liked about the hotel is that it had family areas which was great but if you were a couple without children there were alternative areas available where you could sit and relax. Also a mention for the head chef, always on duty in the restaurant. Great staff, great food and plenty of choice. We will certainly return to this hotel especially to see Alex as we are Manchester United fans!!
