The hotel is certainly not 5 star. I would say 4. The main areas are nice but the rooms need updating to be 5 star. Anyone staying here be prepared if you're facing the pool for the loud music from 10am to 11pm! The food is nice but very repetative, the restaurant staff are lovely and can't do enough for you. Evening entertainment isn't much to shout about. I would certainly go back to Marmaris but not this hotel, it's too big!
I only booked this holiday around a month before. I was pleasantly surprised how lovely clean and accommodating the hotel was. The staff couldn’t do enough for you constantly cleaning offering drinks and entertainment was one of the best.
We came as a family and the entertainment throughout the day was really good there was always something going on. The reps and entertainers were always happy smiling etc. We did let our daughter go to the kids club a couple of times which normally I wouldn’t do however Kay was great, my daughter is normally really shy but she wanted to go back! So thank you! I would love to come back to this hotel in the future.

Beautiful spotlessly clean hotel
Elixr Spa and Bütlem were fantastic and we had a wonderful experience at the spa. We are currently staying here and on our last couple of days. Overall the hotel is nice.. there's pros and cons. Lets start with the PROs: STAFF: Majority are really wonderful and super helpful, they try to make everything as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Especially the Spa, Restaurant and pool side people. CLEAN: Hotel is clean and tidy, staff constantly clearing rubbish SUNBEDS & POOLS: Clean pools and lots of choice, if you need sunbeds and umbrella just ask. LOCATION: Great location for accessing everything. Close to beach and restaurants/shops. FOOD: It's OK,sometimes good and sometimes not so good but they do different themes to cater for everyone. Snack bar is good in the day and ice-cream is great. We only ever had one issue with finding seating in the restaurant. ENTERTAINMENT: Lots of daytime activities and good entertainment in evenings. Music is a bit loud sometimes at the poolside. SPA: Had the deluxe package and this was brilliant for us both.
CONS: SMELLS: At random times by the pool there will be an eggy smell. EXTRA MONEY: We found that pretty much everything is extra money... bingo is £10, a la carte which we thought was included free once a week is extra money for both restaurants. TV, safe, etc.. all paid outside of all inclusive. ROOMS: We found the rooms to be tiny and difficult to move around in, I have so many bruises from bumping into things. ENTERTAINMENT: I know this is also in pros but unless you get out there early, there's nowhere to sit and see it. The entertainment is not on the stage so can't see if you're further back. CHECK IN: We arrived very late in the night and check in was rushed as we were tired but there was no real introduction like we've had at other hotels when arriving late. Just took a picture of the board and went to our room.
Side note... I really enjoyed the book shelves in reception, meant I could swap my book when it was finished. Good idea.
Travel tip...the little supermarket is very expensive, go to local ones outside if you can.
I would recommend the hotel as it's been a nice trip, I'm not sure if I'd come back with family because of room sizes but I'd probably stay here alone. Thanks for having us.
