Excellent hotel in a great location, rooms are modern and comfortable food is excellent. All the staff from reception , waiters and bar staff can’t do enough for you. But best of all is Alex at the relax pool. This guy is amazing, looks after everyone and works tirelessly to keep everyone happy.
Absolutely fabulous hotel , staff are brilliant cant do enough for you , especially Unice in the restaurant , amazing waiter !! Food was excellent , location is spot on , 10 out 10 Blue Bay Platinum , we definitely will return !!
We have had a fantastic stay at this hotel and spa and would highly recommend it.
The hotel is spotless, modern, and exceptionally clean throughout. The rooms are cleaned every day, with fresh bottles of water left daily, which is a lovely touch. Every member of staff goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and always greets you with a smile.
The restaurant offers a great variety of food with plenty of choice, including options for younger children. The snack bar is perfect for quick meals during the day. Guests can help themselves to soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee throughout the day, and in the evenings there is self-service wine available. As you would expect from an all-inclusive hotel, the bar serves locally produced spirits and beer, and the bar staff are more than happy to make cocktails whenever possible.
The swimming pools are excellent, although families with very young children should note there isn't a shallow end. The entertainment team does a brilliant job bringing everyone together, with activities and entertainment suitable for all age groups.
The highlight of our holiday was definitely the spa. All I can say is... wow! It was an amazing experience and excellent value for money. I would highly recommend booking through Bulent, who walks around the pool during the day explaining the different treatments available. My advice is to book the Turkish bath and massage on your first day, then treat yourself to additional massages during your stay—you'll soon be addicted!
A special thank you to Omar Sheriff, the spa manager, who was incredibly accommodating when arranging our treatment dates and times. I would also like to highly recommend my therapist, Melli, whose treatments were outstanding and made the whole experience even more relaxing.
The tattoo studio at the hotel is also extremely professional. My husband had the Three Wise Monkeys tattoo done on his leg, and he is absolutely delighted with the finished result. The artist was friendly, skilled, and took great pride in their work.
We also had photographs taken by the hotel photographer to capture our wonderful holiday memories. The photos are beautiful and something we will treasure forever.
Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so enjoyable. We can't wait to return!

We booked 3 double rooms with balconies through TUI, before arriving to this hotel I had sent a request for us to be on the top floor with a pool view and to be next door to one another, if possible. On arrival I was very disappointed with the rooms we had, we were put on level 2, the views of all 3 rooms were absolutely rubbish and the balcony, what balcony? The aircon unit was on the floor of the balcony and was blowing out hot air. There was 3 people in my room and only 2 chairs, we were unable to use the balcony as there was no space. Our 3 rooms were put on the same floor, which was something. In our room we had no plug in the sink which made it difficult for my husband to have a shave. It’s a bit disappointing when you get to speak to other guests in the hotel who have got a better price on their holiday, with a better room and view. We arrived at 10:30 in the evening, so was able to go down to the bar area for a quick drink, we found all the alcoholic drinks to be watered down all throughout our stay. On our first day by the pool we went down for a sun-bed early in the morning. We found the main pool areas gets shaded very quickly (3 o clock in the afternoon) and the staff start packing away sunbeds around 5, ready to set up for the evening. We used the pool nearest to the bar and ice cream as this area got the most sun. The pool area got very busy, to get where you wanted you had to get up at 6am and stay with your sunbeds or the towels would get removed. Whilst around the pool area we were approached by a man selling spa treatments at this hotel, as he started talking to me he noticed I had a disability and asked me what happened. I found this very upsetting and felt this is something that needs to be addressed to him as he should not ask personal questions and point out someone’s disability. I felt uncomfortable every time I seen him at the hotel for the rest of my stay and avoided him as much as possible. During my stay I played a game of bingo and got very lucky and won. Part of my winnings was a free photo shoot with a free photo. The man of the photo place called me over straight away to book a slot, which I did for the following evening. When we arrived at the photo shoot they were very friendly and had a bit of a laugh with us. We found some of the poses they wanted us to do as a couple were a bit far fetched and made us feel it was a bit strange and uncomfortable. We found the photo guy to be a bit pushy on viewing the photos our photoshoot was at 19:45, we were watching the evening show and he approached us to say they were ready to view. We said that we would look at them the following evening as we were all tired. The following day we were by the pool on our sunbeds talking to other guests in the hotel, when the man from the photoshoot approached us again, to say if we don’t go and look at the photos they would be deleted in the next few hours, he was quite aggressive in his tone and found him very rude! I was very firm back and told him it’s too hot now and we would be over to see them early evening. If he continues talking to the hotel guest with his manner he will lose a lot of customers! The hotel food was lovely and something for everyone. The snack bar was great too. The ice cream would be much better if they did the tubs, this is something my children missed when going to an all inclusive hotel. The entertainment was ok. I feel it would have been better for us is they did adult and children games together as the games throughout the day were for adults and my 13 year old daughter was unable to join in any games with her brother and there was not a lot for her to do. Maybe do a foam party and more outside evening entertainment coming in the hotel. The hotel is very clean and all the staff work very hard. I would not return to this hotel as felt there was something missing. Alcoholic drinks definitely need to be better. Apologies for the long review but hope it will help others that are looking or going to stay at this hotel.
