great hotel & experience, noisey neighbouring club (batman)
Surpised the hotel was really nice, room was fab, breakfast ok personal preferance, location great, only drawback not related to hotel group was a venue next door (Batman) really loud music at night, luckily for us the room we had was on the side so not as bad, shame really, hotel is tip top, reception staff can be slow, maintenace response was fab, had issue with Tv resolved quickly, close to local migross and transportation, not far from Agean car rental deposit free (lovely guy) Housekeeping exceptional, we left daily tips,
Little Beach Gem
Hello, I am at this lovely hotel at the moment. I have only been here 2 days but I feel compelled to report how super this hotel is and what amazing value for money. It is located on the beach with just a promenade between the hotel and beach .Within walking distance are numerous shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. More about the hotel......rooms are spacious with a small balcony. Reception/lounge area tastefully decorated. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. Staff deliver excellent customer service and nothing seems too much trouble Special praise goes to Serdat who is the waiter(not sure that is his name), and Funda (manager).Would I return? Most definitely!!!

AURASIA BEACH HOTEL FOR A WONDERFUL VACATION
Hello, the Aurasia Beach Hotel offers a truly unique location. The hotel management team does an excellent job. In customer relations, Ms. Burcu is always solution-oriented and cheerful... When you step out of the hotel, the beach is right in front of you. The sea is simply wonderful... The beach services are nothing short of excellent. The food served is very tasty and hygienic... Chef Sedat, who works in beach services, and the young server Cem are true professionals—I’d like to congratulate both of them. My wife and I were very satisfied. This is our third stay at this hotel, and the service has always been fantastic. The Firuzan Restaurant, located right at the hotel entrance, offers all the flavors of world cuisine. Room service is excellent... As you lie in bed, the sea view is right at your feet. The absence of sand flies and black flies in Marmaris shows that the municipality is doing a good job and placing special emphasis on this. I’d also like to thank them for this approach to tourism. We had a wonderful vacation. We highly recommend it to everyone... By the way, the prices are reasonable and standard...

Overall a very nice hotel with some frustrations
The location of the hotel was fantastic - right on the beach and central to promenade with bars and restaurants
A modern clean hotel with friendly helpful staff - having paid for a twin bed sea view we requested to change from a 1st floor room to 4th floor which gave us far better views and a larger room - thank you.
The beds were comfy / although an odd negative was that we had to ask for a top sheet (had only made beds with bottom sheet and small rough cotton blanket to cover you) reception said top sheet available on request but not standard - this was true of all our rooms (we were a group).
Another negative was All the mirrors in the room were smoked glass and lighting not great … very difficult to apply make up ..!
Upon arrival we were told we had to be fitted with a material wrist band to wear all week - this to enable us to have breakfast …!!?? I object to these at an all inclusive never mind about a b&b hotel …!! 🙄🙈 I removed mine after day one and was never questioned.
Breakfast was served til 10:30 - and they put barrier up to prevent you from entering the buffet area at 10:28. At 11am after we had finished eating I tried to enter (the now empty) buffet area to fill up my water bottle but was told off, instructed that I was not allowed to use the water machine and I had to buy bottled water because breakfast was finished half an hour ago - I thought this was disgusting customer service and that filtered drinking water from their machine should be available all day to hotel guests.
The hotel no longer provide beach towels but there is a little shop a few minutes. Walk away when you can buy one for £8..
The spa in the hotel basement was excellent with a full 90 minute Turkish scrub and massage at an offer price £35 - thank you to ‘Hitman’ 😁
The beach was great with superb attendance by Fernando who looked after us with beds and cocktail service.
Overall, I would stay here again, but the niggly things about top sheets, water and silly wristbands and preferably new mirrors in the rooms needs to be sorted.
