These 3-star apartments are located 250 m from the beach, 1 km from the lively centre of Marmaris and its many shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs and 90 km from Dalaman airport. The town of Mugla lies 60 km away and can be reached in an hour by car.
The complex is made up of 48 apartments and 4 studios and underwent renovation in 2006. A 24-hour reception service is available for guests, as are a hotel safe, a bar, a games room and a TV room.
All apartments have been designed to include a separate bedroom and a living area with a kitchenette containing kitchen wares, an electric cooker and a mini-refrigerator. Air conditioning is controlled via an individual system in the bedroom. All apartments have a bathroom containing a shower, a direct dial telephone, a safe box and an attractive ceramic floor and balcony.
Guests can swim in the pool located in the apartment complex grounds. The pool has a children's section.

In Atlantis now, our Home from Home.. nothing to much trouble for Tayfun, Charlotte and the team.... whatever you need and ask for you get, room basic, but clean, serviced every day.... close to everything but also far enough from loud bars.... we love it here and definitely will be back next year..... Food in apartments restaurant is great to.... everyone find something to nibble on... another great year here.... Thank you so much Atlantis.....
Dirty and damp
Disgusting. dirty, damp We arrive after midnight top floor lift unavailable sheet on bed very damp but tired went to sleep no kettle asked for one it was dirty was told no more when we woke in the morning we saw how grubby and black mould in the bedroom and kitchen. Worse holiday ever will never go again.
It was basic.
Location was fantastic not to far to the beach front. Atmosphere dull as there wasn't anyone sitting by the bar always quite. An staff just leave you alone to do your own thing. They don't speak to you unless you speak to them. Rooms basic and very unclean big ball hair in shower, rubbish, socks an boxers under the bed chairs were broken, holes in sofa, covers and towels dirty, sockets falling off wall, rooms were never cleaned had to ask for towels an bedding, says hairdryer in room wasn't. Aircon was smashed so couldn't use, holes in bedding stitched up, kick marks on doors and walls. We couldn't use pool very unclean with algae in pool an on the stairs of the pool. We had heavy rain they didn't even dry walk way after rain had stopped so very slippy. Definitely not worth the money. Will never be back
Dirty and depressing
Worst hotel I have ever sat my foot in. Dirty as hell. Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Food left in sink, no toilet paper etc. And staff was just plain uninterested. Checked out same day even if I lost all the money. Staff didn’t even bother to ask if they could do anything for us, basically just answered “do as you want”.

You have to pay for the air conditioning
We were in the attic room on level 3, it was comfortable and clean with no issues. We arrived at 4am and two of the lads took our suitcases up to the room for us, the staff are very good, they looked after us. We had breakfast here as it was the cheapest (tea and jam included) and it was lovely. The location was great 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the strip. My only problem was I wasn't aware you have to pay for air-conditioning no where on any holiday website does it say additional payment (£55 per week). So just a heads up that you will need some extra cash. I would stay here again.
