Alenz suite
We had an amazing stay at Alenz Suite Hotel! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The absolute highlight of our holiday was the entertainment team. They were fantastic and made every day and night so much fun. There were plenty of activities to join in, and the atmosphere was always lively and welcoming.
The evening entertainment was outstanding. The couples’ comedy show had everyone laughing, the drag competition was brilliant and full of energy, and the White Party was definitely the best night of our stay. The music, atmosphere, and effort the entertainment team put into every event were incredible.
A huge thank you to everyone for making our holiday so memorable. We would definitely return and highly recommend Alenz Suite Hotel to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing holiday with the best entertainment. Five stars all the way!

Excellent Stay. Great Staff, Entertainment and Location
We’ve just returned from an amazing family holiday at the Alenz Hotel and couldn’t be happier with our stay.
The hotel is in a brilliant location. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars just a short walk away, so there’s always somewhere to explore or grab something to eat. A big bonus for us was how close the waterparks are. They’re within walking distance, so there’s no need to pay for organised excursions or taxis you can simply walk there and enjoy a fantastic day out.
What really made the holiday special was the staff. Every member of the team we came across was friendly, welcoming and genuinely attentive. They were always happy to help with anything we needed.
The entertainment team were absolutely brilliant. From daytime activities around the pool to the evening shows and mini disco, they put so much energy into making sure everyone was having a great time. We travelled with three children aged 3, 10 and 16, which can be a challenge when it comes to keeping everyone entertained, but somehow they managed it. All three of our children enjoyed themselves every single day, and not once did we hear the dreaded words, “I’m bored!”
Overall, we had an unforgettable holiday. The combination of the hotel’s excellent location, hardworking and friendly staff, and entertainment that genuinely caters for all ages made this one of our favourite family holidays. We’d happily recommend the Alenz Hotel to anyone visiting Marmaris and wouldn’t hesitate to return ourselves.
Do not stay in this hotel
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms were spacious but falling apart, bitten every night. Shower leaking, electric tripping. Had to pay for air con as soon as we arrived. Everything you wanted in the hotel was charged when it should be included in the prices they charge to stay there. Check out time was 12pm, cleaners came in at 10am and removed all my belongings that were in the fridge and binned them. Reception staff rude and very unhelpful. Night manager screamed in my face, pool area way too small for the amount of rooms they have. At one point people walking past sunbeds and falling on top of us because of how crammed it was. Main entertainer was arrogant and full of him self. Entrainment shocking. Same thing every day. The shop didn’t let you purchase drinks until 6pm which meant if you wanted a drink you had to pay ridiculous amounts for water. Food terrible. Prices shocking. If you want a nice fun filled holiday I would not recommend to stop here. All they want and think of is the money, not the customers enjoying a holiday. The only good thing about this hotel was the hairdressers. The owners couldn’t do enough for you. Just a shame they are based in a hotel setting like that. My husband and 2 children are now on steroid antibiotic ear drops and antibiotic tablets because of the pool water, too much chlorine, doesn’t get maintained. Absolutely horrible hotel.
