Room was clean and roomy, good location and restaurant staff friendly. However we were only allowed one key, considering our room could sleep up to 6 people it’s not ideal. The cost to keep the room on the last day was pricey too, reception staff not too friendly.
Happy place
We had a fantastic stay at Alenz Suite Hotel! Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and we were really happy with everything during our stay.
The entertainment team were absolutely brilliant, especially with the kids. The kids’ club was great and there were so many activities for both children and adults. From the ice bath, trampolines, darts and water polo to all the different entertainment throughout the day, there was always something to do!
A special mention has to go to Poppy, the entertainment manager. He was such a great guy — really friendly, helpful and always making sure everyone was having a good time. He was brilliant with the kids and definitely helped make our holiday even more enjoyable.
We would definitely recommend Alenz Suite Hotel and would happily come back again!
Best place to stay
We had a wonderful stay at Alenz Suite Hotel, and the entertainment team really made our holiday special. The entertainment was absolutely fantastic, with lots of fun activities throughout the day. Snobby was always around asking guests to join in and making sure everyone had something enjoyable to do.
Berkan was also amazing, especially with the water polo! He was always friendly, energetic, and great at getting everyone involved. The entertainment manager, Poopy, was extremely helpful and always happy to assist whenever we needed anything.
A huge thank you to the whole entertainment team for making our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. If you need any help during your stay, definitely contact Poopy — he is always willing to help!

happy place Alenz suite
We had a fantastic stay at Alenz Suite Hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of great entertainment throughout our stay.
A special shout-out to Poppy, the Entertainment Manager, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always made sure everyone was having a great time. His excellent service really made our stay even more enjoyable.
A great hotel with a lovely atmosphere and excellent entertainment. We would definitely recommend Alenz Suite Hotel and would happily stay again! 🌟
Clean apartment
Cannot fault this hotel. Spending our last night here. We stayed in a 2 bedroomed apartment, had 2 bathrooms, much needed with 2 boy teens. It was clean and equipped. Cleaner knocked every morning to see if you needed her. We didn't take her for granted, kept it clean and tidy. Didn't have much interaction with other staff but only because we prefer to go out, than use the on site bar and entertainment. They all seemed friendly enough. It seems a perfect base for those with younger children, pool constantly busy and in use, entertainment on an evening is till 12am. We even had a house gecko living with us, a cute little thing. Also nice to sit on the balcony and watch the chickens next door. The only downside is paying for the air con. £120 for the week because we had 2 units. Still gave it 5 stars.
