what can I say but what a hoilday was our first time staying here us as a couple and our extended family from Ireland and it did not disappoint.
From the moment we arrived they couldn’t do enough for you every one we met from the hotel were all so welcoming and so friendly,
Rooms were basic but cleaned every day and had everything in that you needed for self catering which we were worried about as we have never been self catering before as have always gone all inclusive and tbh don’t think I would again we absolutely loved it.
The restaurant and all staff were so friendly and looked after u so well loads of choice on the menu to definitely recommend doing the half board worked well for us.big shout out to ozzy who basically looked after us for the whole time we were there he took the time to talk remember all our names and always gave the best service as the others who we met there.they all do a fantastic job so thank you for making our time there amazing.
Tbh we couldn’t fault any of the workers there from the hairdressers,tattooist shop and jewellers.
Last but not least the entertainers
there are really no words that would explain how we all felt about them except thank you 🙏
Without all you guys the place would be boring you take the time to get to know each and every one and make it feel like home from home the games in the days the night entertainment all the stuff you all do with the kids you all work long hard days and as a family and extended family we had the most amazing time, so big shout out to popey and all the team we will miss u guys to many names to type and I’m not one for spelling lol you all hold a special place in our hearts we came as friends but left as one big family and can’t wait to return next year to do it all over again so it’s not goodbye it’s a see you soon.
Would I recommend this hotel absolutely over and over due to the people u meet and how they make ur hoilday and to all the amazing new friends we all met hopefully see u all next year.

Amazing holiday
I love Omar he’s the best in the world he’s so nice to me to my family absolutely we will come back for him hundred star for him and another staff they all good
Hidden charges dated hotel rude staff
Location central.staff rude and standoff. Atmosphere not good went elsewhere to eat and entertainment. Hotel is dated and in need of repair. Pool closes at 6pm way too early with hardly any lifeguard presence throughout the day for safety. Rooms are good size but extra cost of £70 per room for air-conditioning for 7 nights totalling £210 is terrible it should be included in with room price. It is loud and noisy with music bars and traffic all night. Won't be returning.

Will visit again.
Just came back from my first solo trip . Spent 4 nights at Alenz Suite Hotel and had a great time. Staff were lovely and very helpful, rooms were very clean, very central to bars and clubs. Large supermarket just around the corner if your self catering but bar and restaurant on site. It was busy when I went in the beginning of July, but still plenty of room in the pool and decent sunbeds. If you've got kids, they are well catered for as the kids entertainers are great. All in all, great holiday and good value for money. Also had a visit to the resident tattoo and had 2 really well done tattoo's.
One of the best holidays i have been on!
I came to Alenz suite for a 3 week solo holiday and had no problems whatsoever, all the staff were amazing and were very helpful, the entertainment team are fantastic and had daily pool games and night time entertainment was great, already booked to come next year, it has been amazing!
