Ada Julian Marmaris Hotel

There are a couple of ok points to the hotel but not many .. Great location.. Pretty clean.. I say pretty clean the main hotel etc are ok but the bins in the room have not been emptied No bedding changed and in fact the room hasn't been cleaned so far through our stay .. Tea coffee and kettle supplied 1 sachet of coffee.. 2 two sugars were on the tray when we got here not been replaced since

No toilet paper had to go again to reception Which is ok .. but went to reception at 9am to report some room. Faults .. nothing No attended too Complained again.. finally came to the room .. fixed one issue .. not seen them since The room phone rings .. but you csnt answer it as the cable won't stay in the hand set The all inclusive is seriously Not worth it The coffee machines are terrible and the product is un drinkable The food is shocking Most of the hot dishes are always empty Little to no choice

I have been to Turkey many times And been all Inclusive I know sometimes some of the food is questionable But there is always something to eat Here its terrible

Personally I would avoid

The location is very good. Close to beach, across the road from Migros supermarket, there is a bus stop outside the hotel too. The hotel itself looks great, the reception area is clean. We had room 1516 which was tucked away on the top floor in the corner, a perfect room as not too noisy and had a big balcony. When booking we asked for a double bed but got given two singles - wasn’t a big problem to be honest. We also only had 1 towel and 1 beach towel left for us - again - not a big problem for the first night. The room itself had very good air conditioning. The air conditioning and safe being free to use is also a good addition. There is a mini fridge in the room for anything you need chilled. We had two glasses as well in the room which came in handy. The WiFi in the hotel works well throughout the room/pool and restaurant areas. The shower has some mould round the doors, not a lot but it’s quite noticeable. For some reason, the water from the shower went under the shower doors and the floor was soaking every time we had to wash. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom, it’s not the best but does the job. The pool is great, very clean and you get the sun all day. There is always sun beds available at any time. Some of the loungers and parasols were broken so we did have to change seats a couple times! One set of ladders at the pool are very shaky so be careful of that. (The ones closest to the snack bar). The biggest downside of this hotel is the staff service, cleaners and food. The cleaners barely come to the room even if you have the sign on the door asking for your room to be made up. They do not clean anything, just change towels. Even then, we waited 5 days to actually be given a towel to dry our feet with. By the end of our stay, the floor had never been cleaned and if walking barefoot, our feet were black with dirt. (We do not wear shoes inside the room and yet the floor was still this bad!) The food is absolutely diabolical. Everything is bland, overcooked and just in general, cheap! I went to dinner each night with expectations that it would be better and every night it was a disappointment. My dinner usually consisted of rice and watermelon. The tomato soup was even poor quality! The breakfast was even worse. This was a really big disappointment for us as part of the reason we booked this hotel was because it was half board. We ended up eating out a lot more than we expected. There is one older man who works in the restaurant who is there all morning, afternoon and evening. He seems to be the only person working hard in this hotel whilst other staff members stand around and talk. I think the hotel needs more staff with proper training, a proper cleaning schedule and better quality food to make this a 4 star. There is really so much potential but it’s falling short at every point.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ada Julian Marmaris. It is not a luxury hotel, but it has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. My room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

I especially liked the location. You can leave the hotel and immediately enjoy the atmosphere of Marmaris, with the promenade, restaurants and cafés nearby. It is also a great location if you enjoy walking and exploring the town and surrounding area.

Perhaps the best way to describe my experience is that nothing about the hotel distracted me from enjoying my holiday. I didn’t have to deal with any problems or annoying little issues during my stay. I could simply come back after a full day out, relax, and head out again the next morning.

I would happily stay here again.
