This fantastic resort boasts a prime position right in the city centre of Marmaris and a few steps from the beach, allowing its guests to easily relax by the sea. Thus, this is a great accommodation option for both business and leisure travellers. Dalaman airport can also be reached not too far away by car. Guest rooms are tastefully appointed and offer a wide range of convenient amenities to ensure a memorable stay. Among the hotel's services and facilities, visitors will be able to pamper themselves at the on-site sauna and spa centre, as well as taste exquisite specialities at the hotel's restaurant. Corporate travellers might take advantage of the two meeting rooms and the complimentary wireless Internet connection available at the lobby and at the restaurant. Visitors will also appreciate the wine and cheese exclusive boutique at the hotel.

Prime position but definitely not a 4 star hotel. This could be so much better if they got a decent chef who catered to the British tastes as well as the Turkish. The food was the worst I have ever had in an hotel. On a positive note the staff are lovely and will go above and beyond to help the guests. We were given a very noisy room the first night but were moved immediately after breakfast the next day. We were also given a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine as an apology. A good deep clean (especially the windows) and a more inclusive choice of food would make this hotel so much better.
Don’t bother if u want all inclusive!

The food is very pore only around 5/6 things to pic from, everytime we when for breakfast/dinner was all the same cold!! Or still frozen even down to chips!!!
Rooms are ok beds not to bad, in the 7 nights we stayed the room only got clean twice, but I wouldn’t even say they got cleaned floors still dirty and left rubbish in the bins, they wouldn’t give clean towels! Had to ask multiple times for them!! Bed sheets dirty when they said was clean on…..
We even had the bar staff tell us not to eat at hotel! The drinks well if u would like to drink paint stripper then by all means.. even down to a (sex on the beach) they couldn’t get that right!

Location is great if ur looking for a lively and a party as the is loads of bars and restaurants outside the hotel. Irish bar on the corner, open till around 3 am playing music! Can hear in the hotel rooms with doors shut!!
Not happy
What can I say don't waste your money on all inclusive as food is dreadful. Nothing k like u see on pictures at all ... food is the same day after day nothink different... how ever the drink are good... housekeeping as no since of time thay take your towls away but never replace so have to asked for them and you get them back anytime from 4pm till 10pm ... Spa is amazing... one you must try ... staff are ok ... pool area was always clean and rooms ... 29 June 2026
Emera is the best!!!
A special mention must go to Emera, the barman, who was absolutely outstanding. He couldn’t do enough for us and was always smiling, friendly, and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His excellent customer service and positive attitude really made our holiday even more enjoyable. He is a real credit to the hotel.
The only slight downside was the all-inclusive buffet. We found the food options quite limited, and there wasn’t a great deal of variety from day to day. While the food was generally fine, we felt this was the one area that could be improved.
Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would happily return. A big thank you to Emera and the rest of the team for making our stay so enjoyable.
My Honest Review

Room
We arrived at the hotel on Saturday, 20 June 2026. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. The floor was black with dirt and clearly had not been cleaned properly.
The shower water was never hot enough, and we were only given a limited number of towels and toilet rolls. We had three people staying in the room, but housekeeping would only provide towels for two people. When we politely asked for another towel, the cleaner refused and was quite rude.
The towel rail in the bathroom was broken. The balcony floor, windows, and sliding door were also very dirty and had not been cleaned.
When housekeeping did clean our room, we noticed they were using a mop cloth that was already black with dirt from cleaning other rooms. This did not seem hygienic.
The bed sheets also appeared not to be changed. They looked as though they had simply been folded over and put back on the bed instead of being replaced with clean ones. The walls looked tired and poorly maintained, and the curtains were dirty with small holes in them.
Food
Breakfast had very limited choices. The scrambled eggs were watery and not enjoyable.
Although we had booked a half-board holiday, we decided not to eat at the hotel after our first impressions of both the breakfast and evening meals. Instead, we chose to eat out every morning for breakfast and every evening for dinner throughout our 11-day stay. We found much better quality food, more choice, and a far more enjoyable dining experience along the Promenade.
Hotel
We would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. In our opinion, it is closer to a 2-star hotel than a 4-star hotel.
The hotel only provided one room key card and refused to issue a second one, which was very inconvenient when three people were sharing the room.
The reception staff were not very helpful. Whenever we asked questions or requested assistance, they often seemed annoyed, sighed, or pulled unhappy facial expressions. Although they answered our questions, they did so with little interest and poor customer service.
Representative
The only positive part of our holiday was the MTS representative. They were friendly, polite, understanding, and extremely helpful whenever we had any concerns. We really appreciated their support.
Area
We absolutely loved Marmaris and would happily return in the future. However, we would definitely not stay at ADA Julian Hotel again.
Overall
We believe this hotel should be rated as a 2-star hotel rather than a 4-star hotel. It is in need of major refurbishment and much higher standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
During our stay, we also noticed that many other guests appeared unhappy based on their body language and reactions around the hotel.
Sadly, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and we cannot recommend it. There are much better hotels available in Marmaris for the money.
