Do NOT ignore the negative reviews—they are 100% accurate. This hotel is 2.5 stars at best. Having stayed at the 3-star Halici Hotel in Marmaris last year, I can safely say this place doesn't even come close. As a four-time visitor to Marmaris, I love this town, but staying here will ruin your experience if you judge the area by this hotel and its staff. The Major Issues: Food & Dining: Extremely basic with virtually no variety. Expect to spend extra money eating out for every meal. Hygiene & Service: Room cleaning was non-existent during our stay. You have to keep the room clean yourself. Noise & Reception: If your room faces the Irish Pub, forget about sleeping. We asked reception multiple times to move us, but they falsely claimed the hotel was fully booked when it clearly was not. The "Partnered" Beach Trap (British Beach): Avoid the beach the hotel directs you to. They engage in shameless price-gouging: charging 5,000 TRY for front-row sunbeds, 3,000 TRY for the second row, and 2,000 TRY for the third. A bottle of water that costs 15 TRY at a local shop is marked up to 75 TRY here, and outside water is strictly banned. Unacceptable Staff Behavior: The staff dynamics are appalling. They are openly rude to men, and male staff members actively harass and touch female guests. It was sickening and deeply uncomfortable to witness. Final Verdict: Do yourself a huge favor—read the bad reviews, take them seriously, and book somewhere else.

4th year in a row we came when it was quieter this year so was lovely, I’ve never got anything bad to say about our experience, the staff are lovely and one in particular was named Emrah he was so helpful and sweet and as we took our girls who are 20 he made sure they were ok if me and my husband went out for some time on our own, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was lovely if you see this Emrah thank you! I think people expect to much from the hotel where the staff work so hard and at times dont even go home but as for me and my family we love it, ok the food isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but you’re abroad it’s not going to have the same as what you would get at home but it’s good enough, the location is perfect everything is easily accessible and we will return.
Disappointed
Prime position but definitely not a 4 star hotel. This could be so much better if they got a decent chef who catered to the British tastes as well as the Turkish. The food was the worst I have ever had in an hotel. On a positive note the staff are lovely and will go above and beyond to help the guests. We were given a very noisy room the first night but were moved immediately after breakfast the next day. We were also given a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine as an apology. A good deep clean (especially the windows) and a more inclusive choice of food would make this hotel so much better.

The food is very pore only around 5/6 things to pic from, everytime we when for breakfast/dinner was all the same cold!! Or still frozen even down to chips!!!
Rooms are ok beds not to bad, in the 7 nights we stayed the room only got clean twice, but I wouldn’t even say they got cleaned floors still dirty and left rubbish in the bins, they wouldn’t give clean towels! Had to ask multiple times for them!! Bed sheets dirty when they said was clean on…..
We even had the bar staff tell us not to eat at hotel! The drinks well if u would like to drink paint stripper then by all means.. even down to a (sex on the beach) they couldn’t get that right!

Location is great if ur looking for a lively and a party as the is loads of bars and restaurants outside the hotel. Irish bar on the corner, open till around 3 am playing music! Can hear in the hotel rooms with doors shut!!
Not happy
What can I say don't waste your money on all inclusive as food is dreadful. Nothing k like u see on pictures at all ... food is the same day after day nothink different... how ever the drink are good... housekeeping as no since of time thay take your towls away but never replace so have to asked for them and you get them back anytime from 4pm till 10pm ... Spa is amazing... one you must try ... staff are ok ... pool area was always clean and rooms ... 29 June 2026
