Honest review July/August 2026
Stayed here for 10 nights from the end of July into August
Hotel The reception area looked nice and was always clean. Age 14+.
Location Fantastic location can't fault it. Close to blue port and on the main road so close to dolmus/bus stops. Migros across the road with a zebra crossing right outside the hotel.
Beach 2 minute walk to the beach. There is no allocated beds for this hotel but as long as you buy food or drink you can use the beds for free.
Staff All staff were great- friendly, polite and helpful. Never had a problem with any department. The man from the spa came round but was not pushy (we had already pre-booked a hammam so did not do it at hotel but have only heard positives about the spa). Ali the guy who arranges trips didn't hassle us after the welcome meeting but was always pleasant and said enjoy your meal in the restaurant whenever we saw him (we had pre booked trips). Learning a few local words and phrases went a long way.
Rooms The rooms were big. Had a double bed with bedside unit each side. TV on the wall. Desk with mirror, mulitple wardrobes for clothes it also had a safe free of charge and air con free if charge, tea and coffee station and fridge. The hairdryer was powerful but only had a hot setting. There was shampoo and soap in the room. The balcony was an adequate size aswell with a rail to dry clothes.
The room was a bit noisy (directly across from Migros) due to it being on the main road but very happy with where we were as thought the Irish bar would be noisier so had the perfect room for us. The air con drowned out the noise. Had to turn the air con off as it got too cold.
We did enquire about getting a room overlooking the pool but didn't realise that they only had a balconette (sliding door but couldn't sit on the balcony) so stayed in original room.
Paid £40 to keep the room on until 4pm- check out is 12pm.
Pool & bar The whole pool was 1.4m and they also had a small kids pool. No sunbed wars could get a bed at any time of the day. Pool closed at 6pm. Some customers had left inflatables but could also buy some from Migros across the road. Never had to queue longer than a minute to be served.
Food Breakfast always had bread, jams, cereal, eggs - fried boiled and scrambled, beans, sausage (more like british hotdogs) soup, pastries and chips. They did have pancakes one morning (I would have liked these every day)
Lunch always had rice, salad items, chips and soup. They did have chicken burgers and there version of beef burgers on some days aswell.
Whatever was at lunch there was a similar thing at dinner as well as a main meal.
For dinner on different nights there were Carbonara, curry, Bolognese, chicken doner, grilled fish. (I didn't take note whilst there so these are just a few). They always had salad and soup station with bread, chips and rice.
Snack bar (all inclusive only) served food between 2.30 and 4- this was really nice and food was made to order fresh.
Ice cream from 4pm- various choices. Wafer cones and scoops of ice creams- not pre packaged ice cream.
Would stay at this hotel again.

Good hotel and bar
This hotel is so good. Especially bar chief Peter is the best. He making amazing cocktails. Thanks to him. He kind and take care of us as he can do the best. I suggest this hotel bar to everyone
Best all inclusive ever :)
I really like Julian Club Hotel, it is my second time. Staff,cleaners, bar staff are all outstanding. Restaurant service is very amazing and helpful.

Not worth the money but ok
We spent 10 days here and was nervous due to the reviews on here and sadly most of them were accurate. This is my review of this hotel :
Location : absolutely perfect, no more than a 1 minute walk to the beach so it was perfect at nighttime and daily walks
Hotel : For the majority the hotel is very lovely & clean. Our bedroom was good too! We did have our soap dispenser and shower shelf fall down ( clearly don’t know how to use wall plugs properly) . 2 pillows each which is great but the bedding is simply a thin towel - ok for the warmer days but I often woke up really cold. Our air con light also had broken so the entire room had a bright blue hue over it but luckily we had sleeping masks. It was cleaned every 2 days but they never replaced our toilet roll so we had to ask for it 4 times while we were here. But the room did have a lovely shower, big beds , wardrobe , desk area and a big balcony with a great view.
Pool : Pool was very clean & tidy. We didn’t see any rubbish in the pool at any time of day . It was at a lovely temperature the whole time. We never had a problem getting sunbeds either . You can drink your drinks in the pool too which was very nice . Drinks menu included 12+ Cocktails which were basic but tasted great . They also had Fanta & Coke too which were flat on some days. You can also get icecream between 4-5 which we looked forward too - flavours were vanilla , lemon, chocolate or pistachio
Staff: staff are friendly . No complaints really.
Spa: we had the 1st day package with a Turkish bath & massage. 10/10 absolutely incredible . They did an absolutely amazing job . We also had the last day package which was a great honey & milk treatment with a great massage. Highly recommend booking one of these on your stay.
Food : the biggest downside was the food . The image I’ve included was a lunch plate ( the best food of the day ) . Breakfast was only okay if you went at 8am when they opened ( fried eggs, beans and fresh fruit) but your best going across to the supermarket as they make fresh pastries 🥐. We ate out every dinner time but that’s because we like to do that so I haven’t seen the dinner menu myself but I’ve heard just bad things . I’m not a picky eater by all means but when I struggled to eat here. We had a lot of popeyes which is just next door. I’m not a picky eater by any means but even I struggled to eat here
Overall : I don’t think it’s worth the money of all inclusive. The food needs to be better to make it worth the money as we spent as we did send a fair amount on alternative foods. But overall it’s okay here
We still had a lovely holiday . Luckily we could eat out every night and explore the beautiful streets of marmaris. We wouldn’t return here but we still had a great time having cocktails around the pool, sunbathing and having a good time . Just eat out and you’ll be fine haha 😅
Avoid wish we had
Very Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard we expected. The room was very basic and felt tired and lacking in comfort. For the price we paid, we expected a much better standard of accommodation. The food was another major disappointment. There was very little choice, and on several occasions the food was cold, which is simply not acceptable. We expected fresh, hot food with a reasonable variety, but sadly this was not the case. Overall, the hotel did not provide the quality or value we expected. Sadly, we would not return and would not recommend this hotel to others. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement.
