Sentido Sea Star

The hotel was amazing, the staff couldn't do enough for you, really helpful and polite at all times even when really busy they found time to accommodate you. We was on the forth floor, with a side sea view, the room was great the bathroom was perfect. The maid service was brilliant, the restaurant and food was lovely, it catered for every taste. the evenings are relaxed and the soft music played was both relaxing and not loud, the beech is a shingle type not hard under foot, the sea was at 25 degrees which was a welcome relief, the lifeguard was on point, and run the section of allocated beech very well, and was always helpful. the walk into town was around 10 mins form the hotel. there is a supermarket a few mins walk from the rear of the hotel, it has everything you would need, but a bit expensive, but i guess that is acceptable due to its very convenient location. We had a Spa morning which was a nice treat, We had a sauna and Turkish bath , and then a massage. We also had Photographs done by the onsite photographer, we had around a 20 to 30 min session, he took more than enough photographs, He made sure that we felt comfortable and at ease, we walked to a few locations just outside the rear of the hotel, and the photographs were ready to view that evening, we chose a lot of the pictures he took, we had a digital package, however you can also receive the photographs printed or put onto slate, which is a lovely idea. The pictures we received were very professional, and very sharp.

This was our second visit to the Sea Star hotel in Marmaris. It was an amazing experience both times. The food is very nice and they keep it warm. Thank you to the chefs who cooked nice food and who do the barbecue outside. They have themed nights food wise, on Tuesday it is Italian night and Fridays are Turkish nights. Very good food on both occasions. We had A La Carte twice which was amazing each time with great service and nicely cooked food. The staff were polite and looked after us. A big shout out and thank you to Metin, Mehmet, Cihad, Fatma, Yaren, Dilen, Hamza and Orhan. Also a thank you to the 2 pool bar staff and lady who served the inside bar near reception. The reception and porters were very polite and helpful. A porter even helped my son out when his phone charger stopped working by lending him his personal charger. Sorry can't remember all names of the staff mentioned above. All staff at the hotel were great and made our holiday even better.

Having a private beach just across from the hotel is great and the lifeguards are friendly and look after you. Ichmeler town centre is a 10 minute walk and the bars and restaurants are great places to eat and drink. Marmaris is a 20 minute boat ride across the sea.

We will be returning here again for many years to come. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough.
