Quadas Hotel

Hotel building is fantastically situated - but that’s about it. Staff stick their phones in your face to use a translator app as no one speaks English. The Wi-Fi is awful and basically only works in reception. Food is AWFUL - reheated slop that you wouldn’t give to a dog. PAY WITH CASH and keep all proof of payments made. Our whole group was either a) over charged for pool side orders, b) charged different amounts for the same drinks, c) charged for things we’d already paid for, d) charged for mini bar items we didn’t take. We were then forced to pay bills we didn’t owe as the transfers were waiting and they wouldn’t let us leave. They refused to issue refunds to cards - even when we proved they were wrong. One couple we were with were locked out of their room for 8 hours and were first offered a room without furniture to sleep in and then a single bed with no sheets. The bar prices are so expensive it’s unbelievable and when you first arrive and haven’t worked out the exchange rate, double check before you order so you don’t get caught out. The manager is possibly the vilest person I’ve ever come across in hospitality and has no idea about customer relations - she called us liars even when she had the proof in front of her. Horrible experience - would NEVER stay there again. Apart from the location and the building itself, I cannot think of one good thing to say about that place.

Rudest unfriendly management I’ve ever encountered in a hotel ever . Drink prices ridiculously high and decor dated and shabby but very clean . Waiters and bar staff were great and friendly but the management were absolutely shocking . Particulaly the woman behind the desk who shouted and screamed at guests. We couldn’t check out until a can of iced tea supposedly from the mini bar was paid for . Absolute farce as don’t even like iced tea !! Never again 🤣. Avoid the management but the rest is fine . Nearbybeach very good too .

An absolutely lovely hotel. Right on the beach. Sea view with balcony. Large spacious room. Two large wardrobes. Air conditioning, large shower( the pressure wasn't great). Good hairdryer. Extra large bed, very firm mattress, pillows really fluffy. Only one channel with English on the TV. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Deposit required for the safe, returned on leaving. The breakfast was adequate, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cheeses, olives, watermelon, cold meats, other hot concoctions, filo pastry with cheese. Fresh crusty bread, selection of honey, chocolate spread, cream cheese, butter. Cups small, I bought a new mug and had my own decaf tea with me. Pool and sun loungers great, we ate at the bar and restaurant next to the hotel. Staff at the hotel were lovely, the owner couldn't do enough for us. The hotel did not have a fact package in the room which was a shame. There is a shop in the hotel with gifts and clothing. The hotel was located at the quiet end of the strip, perfect for a really relaxing break. Highly recommend this hotel and the weather was fabulous, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.❤️
