This residence is situated in Içmeler right at the heart of the popular tourist destination of Marmaris, just minutes from the beach and 9 km from the resort town. Surrounding the hotel are commercial areas featuring many shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. Minibus connections are available while the transfer time from Dalaman's airport is about 2 hours. The hotel was built in 2001 and refurbished in 2014 and consists of 325 rooms on 4 floors in 4 blocks. There are 3 outdoor pools and 3 children's pools with sun-bathing terraces where the whole family can enjoy a day of water fun. There is also a homely bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. For recreation the hotel offers a gym, sauna and hammam. All rooms are tastefully furnished and include an en-suite bathroom.

Extremely disappointing stay – not worth the money
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel has been absolutely shocking from the moment we arrived. The room was nowhere near the standard we expected, and for the money paid, it is completely unacceptable.
The bathroom floor was soaking wet, with wet toilet paper left behind, and there was an ant in the shower. There were flies everywhere throughout the room, the windows were yellow and stained, and even the telephone was dirty. The desk was chewed up, the woodwork was corroded, and the walls were only half painted, giving the room a very unfinished and poorly maintained appearance. There also appeared to be damp in the room.
On top of this, the electrical box was left open, which is a serious safety concern. There was no key for the safe, a door knob was missing, and we weren’t even provided with complimentary slippers.
The overall condition of the room raises serious questions about the hotel’s cleanliness, maintenance and attention to guest comfort. We should not have to arrive at a hotel and immediately notice so many problems. The room felt neglected and certainly did not reflect the standard of accommodation we expected when booking.
This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and we feel let down by the hotel. Management seriously needs to address these issues, particularly the open electrical box, the apparent damp, the corroded woodwork and the general lack of cleanliness.
For the price paid, we expected a clean, safe and comfortable stay, not a room with so many obvious problems. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience, and I certainly would not choose to stay here again. We believe this experience deserves to be taken seriously by management, and we would expect an appropriate response and compensation.
Amazing holiday and helpful staff
Come to mirage world for 10 nights and enjoyed staying at the hotel food was good lunch can be repative but is perfect for my fussy eater! Can't fault the entertainment team plenty to do we had pool inflatable up twice while we were here which all the adults and kids enjoyed plus party dances for the kids to enjoy everynight, when it rained they opened the arcade for the free for the kids to enjoy which all the kids loved. partner had a tattoo done on site and we replaced my engagement ring that I lost everyone on site are so helpful and went above and beyond for us to help celebrate a 16th birthday organising a cake for the birthday boy look forward to returning again.
A holiday full of beautiful memories
Where to start its been my 8th time here and just as good as the first, the whole team will go above and beyond to make your holiday an amazing experience, the location is great with some great shops and people on site too, the shop is 24 hour and the prices are cheap too, the rooms are spacious too and the hot tub rooms above the restaurant are amazing definitely worth the extra price, the view is just breathtaking everything it never gets old.
