This residence is situated in Içmeler right at the heart of the popular tourist destination of Marmaris, just minutes from the beach and 9 km from the resort town. Surrounding the hotel are commercial areas featuring many shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. Minibus connections are available while the transfer time from Dalaman's airport is about 2 hours. The hotel was built in 2001 and refurbished in 2014 and consists of 325 rooms on 4 floors in 4 blocks. There are 3 outdoor pools and 3 children's pools with sun-bathing terraces where the whole family can enjoy a day of water fun. There is also a homely bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. For recreation the hotel offers a gym, sauna and hammam. All rooms are tastefully furnished and include an en-suite bathroom.

Best holiday ever
We have come on a family holiday at mirage world for our 6th year, the hotel staff can not do enough for you, entertainment team especially Alex are amazing. Entertainment is great for children and adults will be back next year 😀

The staff make this place, the management are a disgrace, and some of the guests
The staff here are amazing, bar staff, cleaners, waiters and people who go round cleaning up after the scruffs that stay here. What's really bugged me the whole time I've been here is how the staff are treated by some guests, and the management at the hotel, the only member of staff I've had issue with while I was here was one of the receptionists who couldn't be less helpful to a lady and her daughter who had, had a fire in their room and then he was no help to us after with our issues with the room. It breaks my heart to see the staff being talked to like scum by customers and the management here, they work long days cleaning up a lot of rubbish that they shouldn't really have to if the customers here had any decency. The amount of food waste, drinks waste and rubbish left by guests is an absolute joke and the staff have to clean it all up and if they don't do it quick enough some manager appears to give them a talking to in front of everyone! I won't be returning!! To the management at this hotel my message to you is treat your staff better and the customers are not always right if they've been abusive and moaning about having to wait in line for drinks, wait for food to be cooked fresh for them, wait for a table in the restaurant, just because someone is rude and abusive does not make them right!

Excellent experience
Alex the pool staff can’t do enough for you. He is excellent with the kids and with all the games. I would come here again for him 👌🏽
My only gripe is there aren’t enough umbrellas for the pool area.

Family holiday
We had a great stay at Mirage World and would recommend it. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the staff work incredibly hard to make sure everyone has an enjoyable stay.
A special mention has to go to Alex from the entertainment team. He is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, always taking the time to chat with guests and making sure everyone feels included. His enthusiasm and energy really added to our holiday.
The pools are a great size with plenty of room and the water slides are a brilliant addition that both children and adults can enjoy. The rooms are cleaned every day and the housekeeping team do a great job keeping everything tidy.
The only area that could be improved is the rooms themselves. They could do with a little TLC, particularly a fresh coat of paint, as they’re starting to look a little tired. However, this didn’t take away from our overall experience.
