This residence is situated in Içmeler right at the heart of the popular tourist destination of Marmaris, just minutes from the beach and 9 km from the resort town. Surrounding the hotel are commercial areas featuring many shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. Minibus connections are available while the transfer time from Dalaman's airport is about 2 hours. The hotel was built in 2001 and refurbished in 2014 and consists of 325 rooms on 4 floors in 4 blocks. There are 3 outdoor pools and 3 children's pools with sun-bathing terraces where the whole family can enjoy a day of water fun. There is also a homely bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. For recreation the hotel offers a gym, sauna and hammam. All rooms are tastefully furnished and include an en-suite bathroom.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Good location. on arrival patio door didn’t lock , bedsheet was smaller than bed and top sheet too small to cover you. Fridge and TV didn’t work. The safe wasn’t bolted down , you could easily walk out with it. Food has flies and wasps sitting on it daily. Cooked breakfasts were always stone cold unless you were lucky enough to turn up as chef cooking it . They cook batches of everything and leave them out in the cold. Poor choice of cereals. Snack bar was good but same selection everyday . Steps on pool were broken and sunbed grabbers at 6am . Not much daytime activity , just aerobics and darts from what i saw. Evening entertainment ok not brilliant. Plus side Water slides and inflatable water assault course are great but no sign of a lifeguard. Not the cleanest of hotels but some of that is due to the type of tourists that go there. It’s basically ok if it’s just somewhere you want to sunbathe and sleep but certainly no more than a 2 ** hotel
I've come on holiday with a family of 9 and the hotel is great. The pools are great especially the kids pool. Our room and the food was great. Good entertainment and the staff are kind and very helpful
I like the hotel plenty for everyone to do great entertainment good food even got 4 pools
1st time ever put a review for a holiday abroad so here goes! Pro's- excellent spot in icmeler. Literally 2mins walk from the beach. It has its own section there but you have to pay for food or drink. Numerous restaurants/bars within 2mins walk. My wife plus other members of the family used the spa which they enjoyed and my father in law even treated himself to a pedicure! My wife and my 2 step daughters even had matching tattoos done (their 1st ever tattoos) which was a lovely touch. No issues with sunbeds.we used the pool by the snack bar where the back section is in the shade from about 11am ish onwards. Otherwise there are not enough parasols to go round for all the other sunbeds. Lots going on to keep people entertained both by the pool and in the evening. Foam party in the evening was good and they had an inflatable assault course slide on the pool twice during our stay. Bar staff very friendly by the snack bar.alcohol drinks portions very generous. Good tip take insulated large drink cups otherwise you will be back to the bar on a regular basis! Now the cons and unfortunately quite a few!😪 Food=awful. Hotel extremely busy both breakfast and evening meal times.if a large group (ours was 9) unless you get there either very early or very late you'll be lucky to sit together. Flys everywhere both inside and by the outside food stations. This was not helped by people not pushing the hot food covers back over the food. I'm not a fussy eater at all and my description of the food is it's OK but not one meal where I thought wow that was really nice.also virtually all the hot food was luke warm at best even food that was freshly dished out. The ice cream cart come out at 8pm.always big queues but they put as much ice cream on the one as could fit and it tasted amazing. The juice dispensers very hit or miss as they are literally a concentrated box of juice with water running through.once close to empty it's like drinking weak squash. Considering this is a 4 star hotel there is no a la carte restaurant. We ate out 3 times in the evening as others in our party genuinely couldn't face eating there again for evening meals. The snack bar food was all out in the open so flys would be over both hot and cold food (cold food not covered or refrigerated) We booked 2 seperate rooms but on arrival were given a free upgrade to the rooms with a jacuzzi bath outside. However we needed 2 rooms not 1 as we didn't want my elderly father in law having to share a room. The female hotel receptionist was very rude when we asked for the 2 rooms saying its an upgrade we should be grateful etc. We had to leave the room by 10am to get our separate rooms however these rooms weren't ready. We were told 12pm then 2pm then back to 4pm before they were ready. I think one of the issues here is that the hotel (in my eyes) was close to capacity. Family room-dated but fairly large. No issues with ants (like others have complained) we were in block 2 with a view towards reception and the pool. One of the safes wasn't even attached to the wall. Bed linen changed every other day. However we had to ask for toilet roll twice as wasn't replenished. 4 bottles of water on arrival In the fridge but not topped up after use. Hotel shop expensive compared to shops literally next door to the hotel. My stepdaughter bought a pair of sunglasses which broke while on her head on the day she bought them.took them back and was told she could have another pair at half price but no free replacement. I understand these are not genuine pieces but copy's but it wouldn't have hurt to replace them. Pool on the cold side but OK once in.air con very good in the room but had to switch off overnight as dried the room air to much.
Great time big shout out to Alex at the pool with his entertainment couldn’t do enough for r family all 50 of us thanks alex
