Great otel in Marmaris
Fourth times we have been this wonderful otel. After four wonderful years of returning to this hotel with my wife, we can confidently say that it feels like a second home to us. Once you stay here, you'll want to come back year after year. The location is excellent (in feont of the beach), the facilities are outstanding, and the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. What makes this hotel even more special is its exceptional value for money. The quality of service, accommodation, and dining experience far exceeds what you would expect for the price. In our opinion, this is the best hotel in Marmaris. Every visit reminds us why we keep coming back, and we are already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you to the entire team for another fantastic holiday!
Excellent friendly hotel
Location 100% . All the hotel was extremely clean tidy well kept. All staff friendly attenitive nothing is a hardship to make your stay special and relaxing. Cagdas/Sienna (guest relations) Is a important asset for all customers .Cares genuinely about the happiness of all guests. Polite friendly approachable young man. Nothing is to much trouble extremely helpful without being pushy as experienced in other hotels. For this reason a very high change of retuning plus telling our friends as a recommendation
Holiday
Had a fab 10 days holiday. Food and drinks were great. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Rooms were cleaned every day. New towels everyday. Private beach and view were amazing. A big thank you to front office manager Fevzi and security manger Firat. Thanks again for a great holiday Tony room 125
Good hotel let down by some issues
Good points first - hotel is stylish and rooms are reasonable size - rooms are more style over practicality eg wardrobe and limited storage also dangerously positioned kettle Beach location to hotel unbeatable also security very good Majority of staff friendly and helpful apart from 2 people Bad points - Hotel food very repetitive and seems to cater to Russian an Turkish guests Milk at breakfast non existent at breakfast on our lat day - some popular hot food ran out in half an hour of opening and wasn’t replenished with the same offering Drinks selection very poor although supposedly AI+ - drinks lists hidden and some basic drinks ran out on multiple occasions eg Gin , Sparkling Wine etc Noise very loud during most days and all evenings - also noise from other hotels/ bars very loud and intrusive A special mention to 2 staff members - barman Daily - who was very rude and seemed to delight in only serving Russians and other staff before anybody else and a bar waitress with long hair ( didn’t get her name) who walked around every evening changing unused ashtrays instead of doing her job of serving drinks unless they were Managment Overall assessment is good hotel but needs to up its game - seems to have some financial issues and hotel management do not seem interested in listening to guests concern Kadir was approached with some issues but seemed to unable or unwilling to address them Unfortunately i will not be returning to this hotel - which is a shame as I thought I had done my homework by reading reviews
Family holiday in Turkey 🇹🇷
My wife and me had a vacation for 10 days and we were surprised for choosing marti la Perla . We are here for the first time and it was wonderful. First of all I want to say that our room was small but nice , clean and for 2 of us was enough. Our balcony looked to the seashore and the pool . The view was amazing. Every morning we had a small walk before breakfast . The food is good. Maybe my wife can admit that with more kinds of salted fish for the breakfast and fresh juices it could be better but it’s just our little request. Turkish people are really proud of their country. When you go to Turkey you can feel that everywhere . Staff are polite and helpful especially the guy on the reception his name was Kadir. He helped us to figure out our questions.
We met Amal from Marti sports academy on our last day on Friday. We really loved her energy and her lesson for core. She pushed us too hard and then let us go to dinner with a special pleasure. From now we will definitely choose hotels with sports included . Animations are pretty and cool.
My wife loved the design of the hotel. Every night we choosed different corners to have some drinks. Also we liked the bar zone.
The beach is wonderful because it’s sandy, the water for my wife were little cold but she usually likes to read more than swimming what I can’t say about myself . As for me the water was exactly what I like and of course the sunsets oh unbelievable. There were always free seats .
