Awful food
Firstly we booked a sea view loft room, this was a lovely modern room with an amazing view! The hotel itself has a very modern interior and is very clean, pool is great and so is the private beach. The food however is a different story, very limited choice, no al a carte offered, snack bar only cooked food to take to the main buffet restaurant and no show cooking at all. The worst bit though the food was barely warm and I had a very bad stomach for 3 days. We ate out everyday from day 2 as I was too scared to touch anything apart from toast at the hotel! If this hotel offered a room only option we would definitely stay again but the all inclusive was of no use to us and a waste of money. Only use this hotel if you factor in the cost of eating out.
AVOID if you are English
If you are from England AVOID this hotel at all cost. My husband and I and 2 more couples just spent 14 nights at this hotel, we ate out more than we ate in despite it being an all inclusive hotel. The food was diabolical always cold and was catered more to Russian guests. We would go to breakfast and find on several occasions no bread for toast no milk on 3 occasions and no tea bags or cups. On complaining a member of staff asked us to wait 10 minutes and went to local supermarket for bread and milk which for a hotel this size is laughable. Most of the staff are OK but some are lazy and rude, one bald headed barman whose name badge was scratched out so I can't name him must be related to hotel management has he wouldn't get away with his very lazy poor attitude anywhere else. The room cleaner didn't do a very good job only changing our sheets twice in 2 weeks. One barman called BK was very good always friendly. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Make sure you’re happy with any upgrade offered before you accept it!
What a difference a year makes! We went to this hotel because we enjoyed it so much last year. We booked a sea view room but received an apparent upgrade when we arrived to a loft room which was tiny and the balcony was even tinier with more of a land view with the sea only visible from a certain angle. The balcony was triangular and only around 4ft maximum at its widest point. The room was nicely decorated with a modern bathroom but we did not consider it an upgrade. After speaking to another couple who informed us that they too had booked a sea view room but had been put into a side sea/land view room and complained but were told that there were no sea view rooms available for another 5 days, we complained but had to accept our lot until then. The hotel called the rep and asked him to come and speak to us, which he did. Eventually we were moved to a sea view room which was much bigger and more comfortable than the attic room and with a full sea view which was beautiful…..although the bathroom needed an upgrade with rusty hinges on the toilet seat and mould trapped between layers of sealant around the shower tray (which bounced as you stood on it). Things got worse as the holidays progressed. I do like to eat local foods when on holiday but the food was very repetitive with chicken being the bulk of dishes. Other dishes were often cold and more like stew. The hotel does not cater for an English palate and the food was cold, very bland and tasteless. I ended up with an upset tummy for around 5 days. The hotel restaurant actually ran out of white wine and orange juice (from a machine) during our stay. The saving grace was that we ended up in a sea view room with a good sized balcony and an absolutely beautiful view and enjoyed some lovely food at local restaurants. Don’t think we will be going to this hotel again but we do love Icmeler.

Amazing but food could be better. And cagdas, coco and naz was amazing all the time. Love it

The location is brilliant, beach front with the use of pool towel and sunbeds. The maids did a great job every day. That is the most positive I can be about this hotel. I'm one of those people who look at every review and the reviews here are brilliant but if you look closely you will see that none of them are British!! If you are British please do not waste your money. The hotel don't want us there. Bar staff ignore you. When I spoke to the customer services they were not interested. I had asked for a quiet room and we were on the canal side and the music on there is played till 1am. I know whe can't always get what we want so we didn't make a fuse. Let's start on the food, the restaurant opened at 7pm and even if you went then the food was cold. Special food like king prawns where out when the restaurant opened but never replaced and I think other nationalities knew this and filled their plates. The marketing campaign on Facebook for this hotel is like false advertising actually laughable. No show cooking like advertised. We wasn't offer the alacarte restaurant or cocktails it was hard to get a diet coke 🙄. The pool is very deep and only ladders to get in and out . People just weren't using it. I could go on but you get the gist. Please do not waste you hard earned money. Pay a little extra and go to the Aqua next door.
