The small, popular Marbas Select Beach Hotel is conveniently situated directly on the beach in the renowned holiday resort of Içmeler on the Turkish Riviera, surrounded by green pine tree-clad mountains reaching into the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea. The restaurants, bars, cafés and shops of the resort centre can be reached within just a few walking minutes, while the city of Marmaris with its historical sites is just 8 km away. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with stunning views over the pool and the picturesque bay of Içmeler. The bright and comfortable rooms have air-conditioning and some of them also boast panoramic sea views. The main restaurant has a terrace area with superb sea views, while guests may also choose a second restaurant and the Liberty Bar on the beach. This hotel is a great choice for couples and friends looking for a tranquil place for relaxing holidays.

We are here now and all I can say it is brilliant food always something different room cleaned everyday and the staff are friendly
AVOID THIS HOTEL
To start with this hotel is NOT a 4* as advertised I wouldn’t give it a 2* we originally booked voxx which you cancelled and offered Marbus hotel Once in the room there was no kettle which we asked dor and told no key for office again wait till the morning No water in room and the fridge was warm exhausted we tried to sleep the noise outside due to Lorrie’s and buses etc dogs barking cockerel all morning This was enhanced as we couldn’t close the door as no handle so was ajar how is this safe! Tv not working Shower stopped working No bin Ants Dirty room No over sheet just grubby blankets Pillow lumpy one each only On day 3 there were young children by the pool this is ment to be adult only Bed hard Staff rude Cold food Egg station that wouldn’t fry an egg and made omelettes just with egg We asked to move Upon arrival at 0130 we were not offered water or food and rushed to the room ( a mini bar was advertised) Once we got to the room we complained and told see reception in the morning Felt like we were an inconvenience I had a blue bag in the bathroom with dirty clothes which disappeared from the room I had hurt my food due to glass on the beach I would like to take this complaint further
On the day before check in reception threatened us with police after we wouldn’t pay 10£ as we cleaned up spilt pineapple juice and since there were ants we didn’t want to leave it! Paid the 10£ reluctantly otherwise we would have been at the police station and missed our flights
This was the worst hotel I have been in after travelling around the world
My partner has used onThebeach for 17 years

The bar served only gin and vodka, one beer and wine this is not 4.*

On the 3/4 day we were moved from room 528 to 102

Great hotel, perfect location, staff amazing
Loved our time here. Perfect location with just a few steps onto the beach. Staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. Our room was cleaned daily and was lovely with a balcony overlooking the mountains and which had the sun later in the day. Food was tasty and always hot but a bit samey. We loved it though. We will definitely return to the Mar Bas next time we visit Icmeler.
BE WARNED everything comes with s price. You love the same food stay here. You like a dump for a view stay here! Dated

Amazing Holiday
This Hotel is lovley rooms cleaned whenever I wanted, Food was good a great variety and always something extra cooked outside, There wasn't much choice on the alcohol, I don't drink so for me personally that didn't matter, I had the best holiday ever the beach is litteraly a few steps away The view from my room was stunning I went with my adult son and we both had the greatest time We met some amazing people who we went for days out with and are lifelong friends, Kelly/,John ,Jason & Kelly Pat and Ange and of course Mechelle, It was that good I booked to come back in October See you all soon Marbas.
