Local transport passes in front of the property, making it convenient for guests to easily explore the surroundings. This is a large establishment with extensive grounds offering multiple facilities. As well as in the main building, there are also rooms located throughout the border of the beautiful bay. All units are stylishly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with a terrace or balcony. The hotel runs an entertainment programme for adults and children throughout the summer season and has a number of sports activities available, as well as a SPA and health centre.

Nice but crowded
The view of hotel and the sea are the best point of hotel. Cleanliness satisfying. Staff relations suffers from miscommunication. Food needs to improve. The area of pool is always full in high season.
Nice experience in Marmaris.
It’s a good but 49 years old hotel, breakfast actually max 3/5, room 4.5/5 good cleanliness , services 4.5/5. For this price really good.

Bit run down now
My 6th time to this hotel...not as good this visit...food was always cold ! No one check temperatures? Not enough seats and tables at night in Sultan Bar...not enough sunbeds at pool or jetty for all the guests staying...cleanliness has dropped in areas...pizza restaurant floor never cleaned...jetty the same not enough staff to uphold the one hour return to your sunbed...toilets not kept as clean as before...probably because staff shortages...staff very friendly though always have been even though they are overworked!! Seriously need to employ more staff...get more seats and sunbeds for all guests...still love it but considering different hotel nxt year

It was our first all-inclusive holiday. The place is beautiful, with a lot of trees and green areas, totally nature-oriented. The food is tasty, with a bunch of options.
But most importantly, the people here, the entertainment team, especially Eros and Kaan, and Miyo, are kind, funny, and totally professional in their job. We didn't have time to get bored inside the hotel next to them. The water polo, boccia, and archery were the main daily programmes during our time there. It was an honour to meet them.

We have been coming to the Mares for the past 26 years on and off and we love it! Once again we’ve had an amazing holiday - such a lovely hotel in a beautiful position. I had a bad fall during my trip but the customer relations team were great, organising transport to hospital etc. We have already booked for next year!!
