Brilliant food great staff great but this place is shutting down don't know why lovely setting not far from bars and restaurants I would go back tomorrow but unfortunately we can't so we will have to find somewhere else wish we didn't we enjoyed it

Great Holiday and the best Entertainment team
We visited this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Since 2019, we hadn't been away and were apprehensive about Covid. The staff were friendly and the hotel food was excellent. We particularly wanted to acknowledge the fantastic entertainment team, especially Mahmut Talha and Levent Eyüpoğlu. They truly made our stay enjoyable and deserve a raise.
Felt sorry for staff
Was here for 3rd time went down hill it is now closed sold to government I believe some off staff were let go while we were there made it hard for ones left also yolo team 2 got let go for fighting we were disappointed after being there as it was 3rd time
Never again
Decided to take a few days break at this hotel in July 2024. On the surface - it looked good.
The staff does seem to work hard and does their best to keep the guests entertained.
There were dust, dirt and flies everywhere. Went down to the restaurant to get a cup of coffee one morning and there were flies on everything. It was obvious nothing was cleaned the night before. I think more time is spent washing floors outside than is spent cleaning surfaces and areas where guests ate.
When we first arrived - the 'reception' was this appalling area that looks like where prisoners meet their families. It was very uninspiring with broken blind in a tacky little room that was the 'office'. I thought we were at the wrong hotel how dreadful it looked compared to the photos.
The hotel is not within walking distance of any shops, etc. however, it's not a big issue as there are local buses right outside that takes you into Marmaris for a few liras. Mercifully for that as we eat out most of the time.
Not even if I am paid I would set foot here again.
I gave it 3 because I actually slept well.

Wonderful hotel
I came here 2nd June till 12th June for the 2nd time, the hotel us Fantastic the staff are very very good and helpful. The entertainment team are just the best. The kids club my 2 grandchildren went nearly every night and they both loved it. KT that runs it he a wonderful woman and took great care of my grandchildren while they were with her. Both the girls that do the kids club makes sure that the children hold a rope to take the children to the kids club and makes sure your children get back to you safe and sound. I give the hotel and staff a 10/10.
