Idas Hotel

Hotel room is great. Clean tidy cleaner daily. However the food is terrible. Cold food every meal time. Complain and told because it's cold outside the food gets cold quickly it's cold from the servery area! Ate out everyday after paying for all inclusive holiday. Not what you want 5 days we have complained like others no joy.

Hotel is located centrally and in good location, however it is very quiet, food is very representative and not always hot. I know people here at the hotel have complained about this. They have food kept warm in a bain-marie however today they had chicken kebab meat which was cold, eventually went to luke warm. Roast chicken under a heat lamp again cold, won’t be surprised if people feel unwell. Rooms and hotel are clean and Would not recommend staying here.

First visited last year and once again the rooms were nice, all very clean, staff friendly. Would have preferred sun on the balcony but that's not a deal breaker. The heated pool is a big plus. However, I defended the food last year. May not have been the best or hottest but it was fresh, there was good variety and always something to choose. This year it had deteriorated substantially. Very little variety, some of it inedible, mismatched, the same things served over and over so not even always fresh. Watched bread being handled by chefs in the road between the 2 hotels! I dont expect to have to pay to eat out so much when I have already paid for all inclusive. I will not return to Idas unless this drastically changes.
