Great Hotel, staff and service. Food can be a little bit better. Beyza from guest relations is very helpful, had a problem and she helped fixing it with a compensation.

Beyza is very nice. But the food can be better more barbecue/grilled options that are healthier with less oil than the meals available.

First and last time!
Arrived on the Saturday at 14.30, room not ready, told to come back in 20 minutes, room wasn't ready for nearly an hour. Got to the room, dirty towels left in bathroom, food on offer at all meal settings wasn't great, not much to choose from and repetitive throughout the week. Rooms are smaller than most rooms we have stayed in, 1 wardrobe, 2 drawers and 6 hangers is all you get for two of you. The room had not been cleaned properly and had to be requested a few times before it was eventually cleaned. After a long day we got an earlyish night, only to be nearly bounced out of out beds by the karaoke bar opposite, belting out at full blast as Elvis got murdered on more than one occasion! Spoke to Jet2 rep (Sandra) on the Monday, who was very helpful who tried to get our room moved, but you could hear the bar on any side of the hotel until way past midnight. General cleanliness and repair of hotel was poor, including the cats being sat on the seats in the restaurant as you where trying to eat. If you are already booked or about to go and have problems, then Beyza, the customer relations lady is helpful, which is more than can be said for the reception staff. Staff in restaurant were pleasant and Semsi went out of her way to do anything she could for us. Sorry but I will not be coming back again, for a 4 star hotel, you only get a 1 from me.
