Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The Hotel, staff and food were great. It was clean, the staff went above and beyond for my family and the food was so much better than we expected. The only let down for me was the evening noise coming from the surrounding pubs/hotels. It was great to relax during the day, the evening I felt I’d joined a club 18-30 holiday. Saying that we would stay here again should we venture to Icmeler again.
Incredible views if you are on floors 3 or 4. The waiting staff and chefs are all fantastic, really friendly and attentive. Quick to clear plates and speak good English (which really helps if you need help with something) The bar staff are all Incredibly friendly and quick to serve. The all inclusive drinks are limited to vodka, malibu, whisky, gin and raki, beer and soft drinks including coffee and tea. No free cocktails, these have to be paid for along with Ice tea and ice coffee. downfall of being in room 201, 301 or 401 is that the toilet is very close to the wall and you have to sit sideways (not ideal). The hot water was bad (kept having to complain that there was no hot water, which is frustrating when you are trying to shower). The hotel in itself is sweet but needs a little updating. The beds are quite hard and the top sheet is more like a table runner. Only 2 plug sockets in the room and 1 is the kettle. The place is so clean and tidy and the cleaners work really hard can not fault the cleanliness. Although the hotel is peaceful the surrounding bars are noisy till early hours. Take earplugs. We did enjoy our time in icmeler and if the hotel was upgraded and little things changed it would be fantastic.
This a a wonderful hotel perfect location but the staff make it perfect. The satff are so friendly happy and make you want to return i will definitely be going back in September xx
Beautiful location, very small hotel, peaceful with its own little atmosphere. Rooms are ok, I found the bed very uncomfortable and only 1 pillow which is not good, also had to request another blanket as the one given was not big enough for 2. Lovely little area for eating, not to busy, unfortunately I did not rate the food, it’s basically the same everyday, very bland and full of salt, and found it very uncomfortable that as soon as you eat your last mouthful the waiters are waiting to whip your plate away. The room is quite dirty I thought the shower in our room could’ve been cleaned better.
All inclusive applies all day around the hotel, but there is a bar in the same grounds and is nothing to do with the hotel, which is annoying as you don’t know till you sit down and order a drink. Also at night time the music from it is extremely loud making sleeping difficult.
Sunbeds are easy to get around the pool with not having to get up very early as even now at 09:30 there are 8 still remaining.
Very annoyed on the beach sunbeds as I was up early one morning and reserved a bed with the same colour cushion as the poolside to find out, once the arrogant male came down at 07:00 and told me that they were his beds for the beach and we must use the cheap side.
We paid £22 for a safe for the week, as we paid on card that was what it transferred to in the exchange.
The pool shuts at 6 aswell which is really early as everyone is still out and the sun is still lovely on the pool.
All in all it has a sister hotel also called the munamar which is around the corner, you can eat and drink in that hotel but it’s like a rat race.
Would I return here again to the Casa Blanca the answer would be no, and I wouldn’t return to İçmeler again or marmaris as I’m fed up with both resorts.
We had a lovely chilled holiday here. We had a hiccup on arrival when the room we booked wasn’t ready and we had to stay in the sister hotel round the corner. It was resolved the following day and we got the sea view we asked for. Pelin on reception was extremely helpful and professional. I have to say the restaurant staff really enhanced our stay, really efficient, nothing was an effort, they were all attentive, the chefs were also always there, welcoming you. Eating with such a fantastic view was a special experience. I thought the environment was calm and pleasant. In the evening you can hear music from local bars, it didn’t affect us but it did affect some people sleep. Overall we had a great experience.
