Cramped and poorly laid out.
The pool, bar and entertainment is reasonable. However the rooms are way to small, clumped together with badly maintained garden space. Cleaners leave old shopping trolleys outside our rooms. The staff are generally very friendly and eager to help, the issue is with how many rooms they tried to cram into the space they have. Also 90 % of the rooms have a poor view.
Great value
A 5 to 10 minute walk into town Hotel very good throughout nice pool quite full when we went put towels down early can’t fault breakfast plenty of staff and all of them was brilliant rooms and beds very good clean overall great value for money
Fab for families and fun!
Cannot tell you how wonderful It’s been here, we came in may for opening weekend and came back again in July we are just waiting to go home and the staff are brilliant - the bar team and pool team are fab and the entertainment manager aykut is just fab he gets people up and involved in games round the pool, the foam parties and in the evening it’s brilliant all shows are followed by karaoke or raffles etc
If you want a nice break near the hisaronu strip and a clean friendly place with fan slides then come to pine valley x

If you’re lucky enough to stay at Pine Valley Hotel, you’ll quickly understand why Aykut is so highly regarded. As Entertainment Manager, he goes above and beyond every single day to make every guest feel welcome, included and genuinely valued.
From the moment we arrived, his energy, enthusiasm and sense of humour were infectious. Whether he was organising pool games, chatting with guests, putting on fantastic evening entertainment or simply making everyone laugh, he created an atmosphere that made the holiday unforgettable. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and he had an incredible ability to remember people, encourage everyone to join in without being pushy, and make guests of all ages feel part of the Pine Valley family.
It’s rare to meet someone who is so passionate about their job, but Aykut truly is the heart of the hotel’s entertainment. His positivity, professionalism and dedication shine through in everything he does. He works tirelessly from morning until night, always with a smile on his face, making sure everyone is having the best possible holiday.

Home From Home
recently got back from another lovely stay at our home from home. been coming to PV for 10 years + we cant fault it from the stunning location which is 5 mins from the strip, the hotel is lovely (the rooms need an update), cleaners do a fantastic job, all staff from mangers to receptionist to guest relation (meggi) to bellboys to bar and restaurant staff all do a fantastic job cant fault them. big shout out to the new waiters and waitress that were there this year with their big smiles in a morning and always stop to have a conversation with us. My daughter loved the granola bowl this year so the new food on the menu was also a hit. thank you for another great holiday filled with memories see you all next year PV ❤️
