Pine Hill Hotel And Suites

Worst hotel that I have visited in Turkey. Not sure where to begin. Arrived late evening and arrived same time as another couple. They did check in together and then told us about the pool one of which you have to spend at least £30 a person to use it and book it 24hrs in advance. Booked a Deluxe Studio and Oh my goodness room was apalling. Mould in bathroom, Stained bedding. broken furniture. Told no room but would fix ceiling on next day. Breakfast started from 8am and the coffee machine hadnt been switched on and hotel staff still running around setting everything up and was buffet style which was ok turkish style which was fine. 10am we went back to Reception to be told that they would move us rooms to next door. We got key entered and the key card was hanging off the wall. See photos. the bathroom had mould and whole in wall in shower and was generally run down and tired.

Pool Area generally run down. Green Algy around the edges of pool. Debris from trees not cleaned out of pool. Pool bar not open just Al a carte restaurant bar which wasnt quite the same. Loud music from a la carte and closed pool bar so was not relaxing at all hearing two different types of music at same time.

We had late flight on the return so visited reception was told that it would be £45 to keep room on from 12 till 4pm i said i am not paying anything after all the issues to be told by reception what issues? Reception then went on to say I could have £5 Discount,which I replied I am paying nothing! After standing there for few minutes was told ok keep the room. Wow! not offered free drink or day by paid pool or anything clearly not interested in looking after their visitors at its all about the money. Will never return and do not recommend this hotel. I actually know one of the business partners of this hotel who was mortified when I told him what had happened to me.

Spent a fabulous week with my sister and a friend at Pinehill Hotel and Suites, Hisaronu. We stayed in a 2 bed/suite overlooking the chill pool which was absolutely lovely -spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with delicious omelettes and eggs anyway cooked to order. We had our evening meal in the hotel restaurant on 3 nights. The food cooked by Mamma was excellent and very tasty - only criticism would be that portions are ‘huge’ so be mindful of that when ordering!!! Staff at Pinehill are courteous and friendly and very helpful with arranging airport transfer or providing information for visits or helping with any requests. All in all, a fabulous holiday - will definitely go back next year.
