An amazing Turkish bath and scrub, followed by an amazing massage that worked out the knots in my shoulders. I recommend you book in as soon as you can, to start of your holiday nice and relaxed
This hotel is located in a lovely area. It is a bit hilly but it's not too bad. Strap in because it's a long review but a good one!
We had a swim up room in the annex, the housekeeping staff were lovely and we had fresh sheets and towels everyday, it was always cleaned to a high standard. All staff extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Our fridge wasn't working, I rang reception twice and nothing was done. However on a Wednesday night the management team get on stage and introduce themselves, they come round whilst guests are eating (at first we thought this was a bit odd) but next day it was very clear as to why this was done. There was improvements around the pool happening, gardening and in the rooms. We mentioned to the hotel/company manager that our fridge was not working. Within an hour an new fridge was installed.
Food- Is genuinely the best quality food I have come across at an all Inclusive for a long time. Always something for someone. But like all inclusive buffet gets a bit repetitive, as expected. Drinks - again good quality and range of choice. Premium brands. Coke, Fanta etc. Annex swim up bar - beko (berkoy) is the man!!! Again so helpful, remembers orders. Is very good and patient with the children. He even got the kids involved in making their own drinks (mocktails) and naming them. Very friendly and speaks great English. I found all staff very hard working and it showed. Annex snack bar - zeynep is brilliant. She was more than helpful. She even shared her onion she bought for her own salad with my mum as she wanted a cheese and onion toastie. Cannot praise her enough. So patient for how busy she was getting.
Spa -TJ is your man. Again couldn't do enough to help you. If the spa is your thing, TJ will sort you out. All the staff at the spa very friendly, and give you a very good quality massage. Cannot praise the staff enough across all areas of the complex.
Turkish bath is to die for! And the price is amazing. Cannot recommend it enough for the first day of your holiday.
Pools- we only used the swim up pool due to the room we had, however all pools were very clean and we witnessed them being maintained by staff. Checking chemical levels etc, which I know on other holidays has not been the case. This was done daily twice. Morning and evening.
Kids clubs - I cannot comment on as our children of 11 and 8. We're more than happy in the annex pool everyday playing games between them, making friends.
Entertainment - this is the only thing I could "pick fault" with. Being in the annex no one came to try and get us involved with games. But for us as a family this wasn't really an issue and we didn't mind. The evening entertainment is mainly outsourced and starts quite late if you have young children. But it's just enough. It wasn't awful. I would just say maybe room for a little bit "more" or more of a wow factor compared to everything else.
Waterpark - again such helpful staff. We hired a cobana (£50) for the day. Food and drink priced as you would expect. But so much fun. Queue times not awful! Foam party on Saturday at 3pm definitely worth a visit for. Free shuttle but we got taxis due to my mum's mobility. Great day out though! Also highly recommended the shopping strip in hisarano.
I have so much positive to say about his hotel! We have always said we wouldn't go back to the same place twice and the world is a big place. But this hotel has set the bar for my future holidays and I would definitely return if they promise me a swimp up room 😉
I just have a turkish bath and best massages many thanks to Tj
Really nice massage and extremely friendly I would 100% recommend
I had my first ever Turkish bath and coffee scrub and it was incredible! The face mask and time to relax before hand was divine. The coffee scrub itself was amazing. It was certainly the best way to start a holiday. All of the staff are so friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. The spa itself is very near the pool but there is such a relaxing vibe to the place you wouldn’t think it. I had to go back for a birthday massage a few days later and it did not disappoint! The full body hot stone massage did just as promised - eased the aches and pains and offered a lovely 60 minute retreat. The service was just the same as the first time - nothing was too much trouble, nobody was in a hurry to rush you out and frequent but not over the top checks on how you were during the massage in terms of pressure and comfort was welcome. They offer a kids spa experience as well which we are definitely going to look into! TJ was great from start to finish. I’d highly recommend catching him around the pool. Great value for money and definitely worth it! Thank you TJ and the spa team for a wonderful start to the holiday and a fabulous birthday treat!
