A traditional hotel in the centre of Ölüdeniz with great mountain views. The hotel has an outdoor pool with a whirl pool as well as a spa including a Turkish hammam and massage service. The little ones won't feel left out as they can join the holiday club for loads of fun activities. There are pool and ping pong tables and an airport shuttle service is available. The restaurant serves authentic local cuisine made with fresh ingredients and there is a breakfast buffet. The hotel offers its guests free Wi-Fi in the common areas and free parking, business guests can also use the fax and copy service. The rooms and apartments are elegant and welcoming and offer private balconies, air-conditioning, flat screen TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets, safe, heating and all the other essential amenities, the apartments come with kitchenette and a separate seating area.

Whilst I cannot fault the cleaners who changed the towels daily, the cleanliness elsewhere wasn’t great, the bathroom tap was filthy, the floor wasn’t cleaned in the days I was there. Also got to say that the boys who were around in a morning during breakfast never spoke or acknowledged that you were there.
The room I stayed in faced the strip, if you are a light sleeper then avoid these rooms as the noise was heard every night until early hours plus the gentleman who maintained the pool excellently was noisy from 7am.

Great stay!
We had a fantastic 11-night stay at Hisar and thoroughly enjoyed our time here! ❤️
The first week was lovely and peaceful, and we never had any trouble getting a sunbed, which made relaxing by the pool so easy. The food was great, with plenty of choice throughout the day. Breakfast was sometimes a little unusual, but there was always something we enjoyed, and the fresh fruit and bread were absolutely delicious.
A special mention has to go to the cleaning team — what a wonderful team! 🥰 Coming back to our room to find our towels made into different shapes was such a lovely touch, and the children were genuinely excited each day to see what surprise they had left for us.
Adam was fantastic — so friendly, welcoming and always had a great sense of humour at lunchtime. The younger members of the breakfast and bar team were a little quieter, but this didn’t take away from our overall experience.
There were a couple of small things that could be improved. The shower temperature could be a little unpredictable, going from very hot to very cold, although we’ve experienced this in Turkey before and it didn’t spoil our stay. We also had an issue with the air conditioning leaking, but management dealt with it and had it fixed the same day, which was brilliant.
Unfortunately, towards the end of our stay another family’s behaviour became a little disruptive due to excessive drinking, but after complaints from us and other guests, it seemed to be addressed and our final day was much more pleasant.
Overall, we genuinely had a brilliant holiday and would return in a heartbeat! ❤️ The staff, food, atmosphere and little touches made it a really enjoyable 11 nights, and we’re already looking forward to coming back! ☀️🇹🇷

Brilliant time
Had a brilliant time here staff are lovely and friendly especially Muhammad he couodnt do enough for you.the staff in eski bar were always great aswell and food was lovely definitely stay here again but would request a lower floor or the bungalows

A Wonderful Stay Friendly Staff and Outstanding Service
We had a really lovely stay at the hotel and felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very well looked after throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned every day and was always left fresh and tidy. The communal areas were also kept clean, which we really appreciated. The location was great too. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and places to visit nearby, so it was easy to get around and explore the area. We also really enjoyed having a restaurant and bar at the hotel. It was very convenient being able to eat and have a drink without having to go out, and the 10% discount for hotel guests was a nice added bonus. The pool area was lovely and relaxed. There were plenty of sunbeds available, so there was no need to get up early for the usual “sunbed battle”! It was nice to be able to take our time and simply enjoy the pool and sunshine. All of the staff were friendly, polite and helpful, but we would especially like to mention Muhammad at reception. He was always friendly and welcoming and was genuinely happy to help. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, he was patient, professional and quick to assist. What we particularly liked was that he always made an effort to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble, and his friendly manner really made a difference to our stay.Muhammad is a real credit to the hotel and deserves special mention for the excellent service he provides. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt very well looked after. The cleanliness, comfortable room, great location, restaurant and bar, relaxed pool area and friendly staff all made for a very enjoyable holiday. An excellent stay, we will definitely be back next year with the whole family. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Excellent Hotel
Just returned from 2nd visit this year and can only rate as fantastic. All the staff from cleaners to management make you feel as at home. Been going to Hisar for 10yr and met alot of returning friend's. Home from home. Thanks all at Hisar see you next year.
