Han Deluxe Hotel

I seriously can’t get my head around the 5* reviews, this hotel is abysmal, green slime all around the inside edge of the pool, so when people are swimming and causing waves, the green slime comes off the sides of the pool and mixes into the pool water, rooms are extremely dated, dirty carpets on the floors, various wall hooks etc in the bathroom falling off and paint flaking, we were told by other guests that they had damp and mould in their rooms , breakfast is seriously a joke, if you like just eggs you will be ok, I have to say the staff are very helpful and friendly, especially at the bar beside the pool, pool rail completely broken on the bottom, they tried to bodge it with putting in screws, the screws came out and people were standing on them in the pool, the sun beds are so close together, you can be extremely close to a complete stranger, the gardens were kept immaculate, they were really lovely, I think the only reason this hotel get guests is because of the location, close to everything in Hisaranou! Also if you read the reply comments to your review the office staff, call you a liar and deny everything!

I go to Olu Denise every year this is the first time I have stayed in this Hotel, would not recommend this hotel, rooms look ok but our bathroom shower room, the shower head ceiling was all cracking they had a toilet brush that was all rusted not cleaned every day carpet not clean plus if you like eggs for breakfast well egg on poached egg, scrambled egg or Toast and jam if you want anything else you have to pay plus you have to pay for the safety box in your room, plus you have to be out of your room by 12.00 it cost £10.00 per hour to keep your room open as they have nowhere for you to put your cases only in the reception area so not locked and o shower facilities plus you cannot take drinks back in with you, no tea/coffee making facilities, the good thing was we met some very nice people.
