Our hotel is located right in the center Hisarönü bay without disturbing the natural beach and forest. The building has been constructed within the five stars Ultra All Inclusive standards and there are 444 rooms on three floors. All rooms have balcony and majority of the rooms have sea view. All Deluxe buildings have their own private pool and consist of 9 blocks. Deluxe Superior rooms have their own indoor jacuzzi amenity Our guests will find pebble-sand beach or grass level for sunbathing along the 550 m beach of Hisarönü bay. From the main restaurant terrace, snack restaurant and the ala carte restaurants you have a sea view all over the beautiful Hisarönü bay. On the main resort part there is one big main pool, one relax pool and one children pool. On the Aqualand part there is one big activity pool, three slides and one children pool.

Beautiful Location, Weak Management
The hotel is located in a stunning bay where the forest meets the sea, but unfortunately the hospitality does not match the beauty of the location.
Check-in was disappointing — our room wasn’t ready at 3 PM, and the reception and lobby staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. This poor first impression affected the entire stay. Waiters and bartenders were polite, and the restaurant staff worked hard (special thanks to Mehmet Usta for his amazing pastries), but overall service quality was low and guest satisfaction didn’t seem to be a priority.
Rooms and common areas were very clean, and the beach offers both sand and pebble options with four piers. However, the sea was often rough during the day. Drinks were disappointing: cocktails were undrinkable, beer was low quality, and the only acceptable option was rakı — but even that without proper meze since the restaurant closed at 10 PM.
In the evenings, there was nowhere comfortable to sit and relax. The pool bar was full of mosquitoes, and the beach bar — although open late — had only a few tables, always occupied. A property this large could offer so much more.
Conclusion A hotel with great natural beauty and cleanliness, but weakened by poor management and a lack of customer focus. If it truly wants to “revise” itself, it should start by welcoming guests at the lobby with a smile and hiring staff who can properly serve drinks at the bar.
