Great Hotel, Excellent Location
The Rota is perfectly located just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. The rooms are small and fairly basic but clean and comfortable with balconies or terraces facing straight onto the pool. The owner and all the staff really make this place though, friendly and helpful and always ready to help Highly recommended hotel in beautiful Dalyan.

Could do better.
Positives- quiet area close to bars, restaurants. Migros supermarket nearby. Regular linen change. Large pool. Negatives- breakfast food not hot. Floors of room not mopped. Bathroom not cleaned. Bar & food prices more than most restaurants & bar menu limited. Sunbeds mostly in the shade.
Better than expected
Absolutely beautiful hotel Excellent breakfast Room was brand new and just been upgraded. Pool area clean and plenty of shade. Staff. Very helpful Bar area and sitting area very comfy. Probably one of the better hotels in dalyan. Certainly would book again. Excellent location.

Excellent family run hotel in good location
This hotel is family run with a friendly atmosphere near the centre. Nothing was too much trouble and the rooms and facilities were immaculate. All rooms have a pool view, with balconies. Breakfast was good with a selection of hot and cold buffet items. The management allowed us to keep our room until our 2 pm pick up to allow us to have lunch before we left. Sterling, friendly service, we will definitely rebook and can highly recommend.
Great centrally located hotel.
A friendly, informative and welcoming team host this lovely hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is plentiful with a great variety of food. As a vegetarian I didn't struggle, the choice was so good. Great pool with a separate children's pool. The property is spotlessly clean, very centrally located with supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby, however it is peaceful and quiet. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. You arrive as a guest and leave as a friend.
