Dalyan Resort Spa

Just returned from our second stay at this hotel. We arrived at 1.30am and were given a very warm welcome and shown to our room which was on the first floor with a view over the pool. The upstairs rooms are smaller than the downstairs one we had last time, with a corner shower rather than a large walk in shower. The rooms are probably the most modern we’ve had in Dalyan. Fridge with still and sparkling water, these are chargeable. The floor of our room was quite sticky when we arrived, I’m glad they provide slippers are there were lots of random hairs on the floor. Breakfast is good, omelettes and eggs made to order, typical Turkish breakfast with a few salad items, lots of cheese. No fresh juice available, cherry and orange flavoured water and Apple and Mint infused water. There is also a water fountain but the water is not very cold. The pool area has been fully tiled since our last stay which is better than the grass but unfortunately the pool area needed a really good clean. There were lots of ants, plant pots used as bins were rarely emptied and there was a pile of cat poo behind one of the beds for most of our stay. Flowers from bushes at the neighbouring hotel were just left behind the beds. The pool area itself was only cleaned once towards the end of our 8 night stay. The cushions on the beds needed a good clean and some of the parasol bases were cracked or broken. Some parts of the plastic at the edge of the pool were broken and the jets inside the pool were starting to go green. It’s about 15 mins walk into the main part of town, we tended to eat lunch at the hotel, drinks and food are reasonably priced and tasty. Our flight home was very late so we paid £55 to keep our room until 8pm, we did have to change rooms to another block but this was fine for us. It meant we could our final day relaxing on a boat then come back, shower and get ready to go home. On our final day we discovered there’s a gym downstairs below reception! There’s also a spa but we didn’t use it this time It’s the staff that really make this place. They are all so friendly and helpful and want to make sure you enjoy your holiday.

Just back tonight from 2 weeks in this hotel, after years of staying at Asur hotel. The rooms and grounds are immaculate . Thestaff friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily and beds changed every 3 days. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of fresh fruit, yoghurt jams salads cheese and bread. The egg lady was brilliant as were the cakes. Can’t wait to return next year!

We had an incredible stay at Dalyan Live Hotel and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome by the friendly and attentive staff, who went above and beyond throughout our stay.

The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were well maintained, the pool area was lovely, and it was the perfect place to unwind after exploring Dalyan.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, with plenty of choice, and everything was prepared with care. The location was also ideal—close enough to walk into town while still being peaceful and quiet.

What really made our stay special was the genuine hospitality. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it felt like a home away from home.

We had such a memorable holiday and would recommend Dalyan Live Hotel to anyone visiting the area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to everyone for making our trip so special!
