Animal cruelty please avoid this disgusting hotel
Awful hotel. Poor dog has been chained up for years. We visited Dalyan last year however stayed in a different hotel but spent half hour or so every day feeding the dog and replenishing his water. Walked through the hotel to get some water and the stench of raw sewage was disgusting. Spoke to the lady owner to make enquiries about the poor dog. She said it was hers and she planned to take it home at the end of the season however this was a lie. I never once saw the dog being walked. He was covered with fleas and ticks so I bought some treatment from the local vet. His collar and chain was so tight it had caused a sore on his neck. The dog is so friendly. The female owner of the BC Spa should be ashamed of herself. This is animal cruelty. Please if you are local to this hotel give the dog some treats. He looks scary but he’s so friendly.

The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment
The Hotel was not ready to welcome guests. The first room we were shown was tiny and dark. The accommodation was on 2 levels, the lower of which was a small dingy kitchenette. We complained and got a bigger room, but no kitchenette. It overlooked the second pool and the area being refurbished. Work commenced at 8am. I have attached photos.
The breakfast was poor, capped with lots of ants crawling very close to the bread and toaster.
The location of the hotel is excellent.

Cruel to animals. Avoid this place.
Stay Away From This Cruel Place They have kept a beautiful dog chained up outside for years. The dog is left in the heat with no water, is never walked or played with. When you question the management they will fob you off that the dog is well looked after. You can see for yourself that he isn’t. Do not give these barbaric people your money. Hit them where it hurts. They only care about money. The police have been informed but they won’t do anything because the dog is owned! Please give the dog some love but don’t stay in this awful place.

Dog chained up outside and not cared for
Any positive thoughts I may have had about this hotel are outweighed by the terrible condition in which they keep their dog. It is chained up, left in the boiling heat, has not been brushed or cared for, and clearly is not well looked after or loved. I informed the management team who then took it for a walk (at midday) and lengthened the chain slightly so the dog could actually reach the shaded shed it clearly sleeps in. None of this is good enough. I do not understand why the hotel / its owner bother to keep this dog as their pet given the condition they deem to be acceptable, rather than do the humane thing and give it up for adoption. Please do not stay at this hotel if you care about the treatment of animals.

Please avoid at all costs, this is animal cruelty at the highest level from the owner at Bc spa hotel. Shame on you. !
A lovely nature crying wimping dog, which had the shortest chain unable to even find shade in the sweltering Turkish heat. !
The Dogs fur was completely matted completely uncared for and completely unloved, even though this dog wouldn’t hurt a fly.
The chain was too short for the Dog to even find any shelter in its broken hut.
This is completely barbaric and completely ruined our stay, as how can you enjoy a lovely swim knowing this poor innocent loving dog is suffering so badly.
We spoke to a couple who had been coming to this hotel for three years consecutively with him tied up exactly the same position and condition.
If this was in England, the dog would be rescued by RSPCA for animal cruelty and the owner would be severely prosecuted
The pool itself was lovely and our accommodation. 1 man reception staff quite rude and very unhelpful.
My main point is PLEASE ADVIOD if we have everyone avoiding this hotel then hopefully the owner will read the reviews and give this dog up to a much loving Home, which is needed by this Dog.
It has completely broken my heart and it made the whole stay extremely stressful and upsetting.
This dog needs help, please anyone out there? Rescue this dog !!!!
