- Boutique Hotel Montana

This riverside boutique resort sits at just 150 m from the centre of Dalyan and a 5-minute walk from the river banks, where a number of restaurants offer the opportunity to enjoy a tasty meal while looking at the Lycian rock tombs carved into the hillside. The area around the city is famous for its' beautiful nature and the nearby Iztuzu Beach is a breeding ground for loggerhead turtles, so all outdoor lovers will surely find plenty of reasons to explore it either on foot or on bicycle, the latter can be easily rented from the hotel. Guests of the modern establishment can start their day with the delicious breakfast served at the onsite restaurant and then either head out for some fun and excitement or relax around the outdoor pool and gather some sunshine.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
This place is fantastic, all the staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is fabulous. It's peaceful and never crowded. Always space around the pool 10 mins tops to town. Will be back in 2024 for our 3rd visit. I've found my second home
Hotel Montana is about a 5 min stroll into the centre of town. You pass numerous bars and restaurants along the way.
The hotel itself is small and tranquil by day with no problem getting space by the pool. The staff are friendly and polite and don't intrude on your stay. Anything that was asked was no problem. The Turkish breakfast is amazing and sets you up for the day.
The large terrace rooms are best with your own sun beds and table/chairs.
My room was not cleaned in the 6 days I stayed there, bins were not emptied either being in Turkey it’s a must also no clean towels or bedding! The dog tied up below my balcony looked absolutely miserable not pleasant being a dog owner, some people can deal with out of sight out of mind but I found it rather disturbing!

Very small rooms. The photos on website make room’s look enormous, they are not! We didn’t get bed changed once in a weeks stay. Had to take rubbish down to reception ourselves. No clean towels!! Very poor service. Mainly Turkish people stayed here & breakfast catered for Turkish not European tastes. Had to use Google translate to speak to the staff. Pool was ok but tiles coming off bottom & around sides. On our last day the air conditioning broke in our room & our son’s room. We had water pouring out of ceiling. Manager said he had called an engineer out to check it but no one came all day so we had to move rooms. Our son’s room had water pouring out of light switches & down walls so he had to pack his cases in the dark standing in water !!!! Luckily we were leaving at 3.0am so didn’t have to wait too long to get out of the place. The photos used on Booking.com must have been taken over 10-15 years ago. Very tired, drab hotel. Much nicer hotels closer to the town centre. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Needs a facelift.
