The best hospitality
I am alireza, everything was perfect. They were incredibly kind and hospitable. Mr. Ümit and his team made our stay truly enjoyable and created an unforgettable birthday experience for my wife and me. Their warm hospitality and attention to every detail made our visit extra special.
Minor improvements to make a 5 * experience
Aesthetically pleasing hotel with amazing staff. Lovely location looking out across the bay, short walk along promenade to shops. Beach ok for a town beach, free hotel sunloungers but no bar service. Food was quite good but repetitive with little fish or shellfish options. Fresh orange juice was a supplement and no alcohol free beer. Overall a lovely break but some improvement needed to bring up to a 5 star experience. Suggest you close the unnecessary 24 hour pool bar as what type of customers does that appeal to? Better to implement a beach service and look after the type of customers you attract.
Holiday with best friends
Second time here and was very happy to revisit, the staff were different from when we came last time but remember a couple of them that are still there, the snack bar is great and brilliantly managed by Tansu, Mustafa from the main restaurant is also a top man, the food in the restaurant I would only say was of an acceptable level, however The a la carte at the top of the hotel was top class and the views are to die for, the major change from our last visit was it is now adult only, the evening entertainment was fantastic so overall was a lovely holiday, all the staff were amazing.

Perfect honeymoon
What an amazing place. The hotel was just what we needed, we never struggled to find a place by the pool or on the beach. It was a really chilled atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly and really helpful, especially Mustafa who helped us plan a day trip to Babadag. The food was great, our room was always clean and more than big enough. Would definitely recommend staying there.
