BEAUTIFUL RESORT WITH WELCOMING STAFF ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
From the moment you arrive , you are made so welcome. The staff are absolutely lovely, friendly, attentive and genuinely caring and always going that extra mile to make your stay memorable. It’s the people at this hotel that brought us back for our second visit. Met loads of repeat guests which says it all. The food is fantastic, cocktails are amazing with premium drinks on A/I The hotel is immaculate and the whole atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a holiday. There is such a lovely feeling throughout the hotel that makes you feel completely at home. Evening entertainment was good and the night manager Umit comes round not missing any of his guests to make sure everything is ok. We booked a sea view room 3309 views were stunning. Well worth that little extra. Both à la carte restaurants are must. Great service from both restaurants. Looking forward to coming back 2027 Mr & Mrs Doreen Anderson. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful
Just back from an amazing 2 weeks at this immaculate hotel. The staff were all amazing they are a credit to the management team, nothing is too much trouble. The grounds, pool area and hotel are kept so very clean and tidy. We didn’t have any issues with noise while we were in our room. The food available in the snack bar, buffet and à la carte restaurants is all very good. The drinks available too are all great we found it a nice surprise that the pool bar is open 24 hrs and the snack bar is open through the night too! There is not much variety in daily activities but the daily Bocha and aqua gym were made all the better by the ray of sunshine that is Kubra. She made the activities fun and always had a smile on her face. Just a stones throw to the beach but we spent most of our time around the largest of the three pools. We had such a fantastic time and will definitely book a return visit.

Highly recommend this hotel
Fantastic hotel. Food, cocktails, staff all brilliant. You can't pick fault with any of the staff from cleaners to waiting staff. Special mention to Aylin, Mehmet, Tansu and Ekin. The night manager, Umit, comes around every evening to ensure you are having a good time.
First time at the hotel and will definately be back.

Improvements needed to keep up with previous good standards
Just back from a lovely holiday. Staff amazing as usual with Mete and Kubra keeping us entertained very hard working pair. Also found I think his name is Abdul at the pool bar goes above and beyond to keep the drinks flowing. The snack bar staff also very good. All is very clean with excellent cleaners had a bit of an issue with room but was changed to the room I asked for eventually. The issues I have is with the food and drinks. All food is lovely but is now not as exciting as it used to be. We were there for 2 weeks and was getting very tired of the same thing most nights. Previous visits they had seafood prawns etc and showcase meals like legs of slow cooked lamb beef chicken but these have now disappeared and stews seem to have replaced them. Soups full of flavour and variety now same most nights. Desert's although still lovely seem also to be the same each day I could always find something tasty but quality to previous years and variety is lacking. Some of the drinks were also not top shelf such as Bailey's. The evening entertainment is rather lack lustre with just singers and bands again some variety is needed.
I understand that the Turkish economy is struggling but you can't increase the prices and provide less for that. I still love the hotel and its staff but unless things are improvedthen I am sorry to say I may have to look elsewhere and I don't want to that.

Room 2102 Ann and Ralph
Absolutely brilliant hotel .Just can't think of anything I did not like.will be back seen next year.JUST there is one not much of a problem. I was using a mobility scooter and cannot get on to promenade at to go around back of hotel up Street and ask lovely fella to open barrier and then left open Other wise was OK Thanking you all Ralph andandroom
