Liberty Fabay

Dinner tonight in the Italian a la carte. Food was excellent and the service was even better. 10/10

Just writing this now as we near the end of our stay at Liberty Fabay, it's our 2nd visit to the hotel, nd probably not our last! Check in was a breeze, we even changed rooms on arrival, nothing was a problem, easily sorted out by the reception staff, our favourite bar was the Apollon bar, friendly staff, and very attentive, special shout out to Kadir, he goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and settled with a drink in hand! Nothing is too much bother for him, a true asset to the hotel! Special mention for Bamba aswell, he was our main waiter during our stay, always made sure we had a drink nd a chat, really lovely bloke. Another shout out to Sadat, another member of staff who remembered us from last year, he's another member of staff who goes above nd beyond to help you out. There's too many people to mention on the waiting staff who are a credit to the hotel, it really does make a difference when you bond with the staff on your holiday, they are all so friendly! We've had a swim up room in Lymra block, sheer bliss, not too busy, just a nice relaxing holiday! Only thing we've missed this year is the Adult restaurant, it's changed to A la carte, which is not really what we want every night, it was really good last year with the buffet style set up, small enough to be exclusive, but still varied choices, so come on management have a look at reverting bck to buffet style! Overall a perfect get away, to a perfect hotel!

We had an exceptional 7-night stay at the hotel, and both my family and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. We are leaving with wonderful memories and a truly positive impression of the hotel.

From the very beginning, the hotel team made us feel genuinely welcomed. One of the highlights was the unexpected upgrade of our room to a sea-view room. This was a very pleasant surprise and a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated. Special thanks to the Reception and Guest Relations teams for this kind approach.

We were also pleasantly surprised to be offered a second à la carte restaurant experience free of charge. This was another thoughtful gesture from the hotel and gave us the opportunity to enjoy even more of the excellent dining options available.

The food throughout the hotel was very good. We particularly enjoyed the open buffet, Italian restaurant, and seafood restaurant. The patisserie was also a lovely place to enjoy something sweet, while the Patara Beach Bar was one of our favourite spots, especially because of its excellent selection of special cocktails.

I would like to express my special thanks to Gamze Hanım from Guest Relations for her kindness, attention, and professional approach. Her hospitality made our stay even more comfortable.

A very special thank you also goes to Hasan Bey, the bartender at Patara Beach Bar. His friendly attitude, excellent service, and attention to guests really stood out and made our time at the beach bar even more enjoyable.

Overall, this was an excellent 7-night family holiday. The combination of great food, beautiful surroundings, attentive staff, and thoughtful gestures from the hotel team made our stay truly memorable.

Thank you to the entire hotel team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We left with wonderful memories and would be very happy to return in the future.
