Jiva Beach Resort

We've been going to Turkey for 13 years and stayed in some lovely hotels, However this hotel is just the best find - so much so that 3 friends have booked to go here from my recommendation!!! We also rebooked within a week of returning home!! There was only 2 complaints- 1st - we checked in late and was advised we got the sun all day, we didn't!! it came at 3pm. But we were happy to chill on the beach til then, but having paid for Swim up room we felt a bit cheated that we couldn't use it all day. 2- I asked for extra pillows due to back injury and was promised he would get them straight away, after waiting over an hour and it was now 230am I had to ring reception. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect.. The food and the entertainment,the staff the grounds, the location etc etc etc just AMAZING I really can't wait to return here 😎 just hoping we can request a room at the other side for all day sun 🤞

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Third Visit… and Somehow Even Better Than Before!

We have just returned from our third stay at Jiva Beach Resort, and we’re genuinely amazed that each visit seems to get even better. We already considered our previous holidays here to be the gold standard, but this one surpassed them all.

From the moment we arrived, it felt like coming home. The resort is beautifully maintained, with immaculate gardens, sparkling pools, and the stunning lagoon that gives Jiva its unique character. Whether relaxing by the pool, on the beach, or enjoying an evening stroll around the lagoon, the whole atmosphere is peaceful, welcoming, and incredibly special.

The food is exceptional. The variety, freshness, and quality are outstanding, with something different to enjoy every day. The themed evenings were excellent, and every meal felt like a treat. It’s one of the few all-inclusive resorts where you genuinely look forward to every meal.

What truly makes Jiva stand out, however, is its people. Every member of staff works incredibly hard, always with a smile, and nothing ever seems too much trouble.

A very special thank you goes to Busra in Guest Relations. She is an absolute credit to the hotel—professional, warm, approachable, and genuinely committed to ensuring every guest has the best possible holiday. Her attention to detail and kindness never went unnoticed. We’ve had so many interesting conversations with her; she’s intelligent and highly articulate, and will go far in her career. A real credit to Jiva.

We would also like to recognise Tayfun and Eylul in the main restaurant. They provided outstanding service throughout our stay, always welcoming us with a smile, remembering the little details, and making every meal a pleasure. Their friendliness and professionalism are exactly what makes guests want to return. Tayfun in particular is very hardworking, with a wonderful sense of humour.

Also, the staff at the Turkish à la carte restaurant are terrific, as is the food. (We were kindly offered an extra meal and unfortunately couldn’t take it up as one of our party became unwell.)

Our room was spotless every day, the housekeeping team did a fantastic job, and the entire resort is maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The entertainment struck the perfect balance, particularly Koby, with plenty to do if you wanted to join in, but equally lots of opportunities to simply relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The location is ideal too, with easy access to Fethiye by water taxi or dolmuş, although if we’re honest, we were always happy to stay at the resort because it has everything you could possibly need.

It’s rare to find a hotel that not only maintains its standards but continues to improve year after year. Jiva Beach Resort has achieved exactly that.

Thank you to every single member of the team for another unforgettable holiday. We are already looking forward to our fourth visit, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jiva Beach Resort to anyone looking for an exceptional all-inclusive holiday in Türkiye.

This hotel is amazing, the staff very friendly and accommodating. Saturday night was the highlight for me with the show that was on with the dancers and getting a lot of guests to join them for a Saturday boogie. The QR code in the room was fantastic for ordering drinks straight to your room. Cleanness of the room was spotless and the cleaners I’ve been in and they was more than to give you extra towels or bedding, mini always stocked as well. Multiple bars and restaurants to choose from we had al a carte Italian and Turkish on 2 different occasions with both equally as good nobody could choose between our party of eight which was the best. The main restaurant was always filled with more than enough food for everybody’s taste & the staff was quick to get some drinks and take away any empty plates. Beach bar was good for having an afternoon drink & food where it was undercover plenty of sunbeds throughout the hotel around any of the pools and on the beach. We had a swim up room which for me was amazing as I have not been able to get in a pool 10 years, I was in it every day.
