This attractively designed hotel lies within metres of Calis Beach and is surrounded by a natural lagoon, enjoying cooling sea breezes and superb sunsets. The centre of Calis is just less than 2 km away, while the market town of Fethiye just is 5 km and both can be easily reached by means of public transport. Cafe bars and restaurants can be reached by taking a pleasant 10 -15 minute walk along the beach and promenade. Mixed feelings
I understand that guests return here annually or even several times in one year, yet for me it is a definite no.
I cannot fault the staff—they work hard and exceed expectations. The hotel and facilities are spotless.
The food is mixed: the Asian restaurant is lovely, while the buffet restaurant is acceptable but resembles a canteen in my view.
The bars are excellent, especially the lagoon bar.
At the beach bar the staff work hard, but the food is disappointing; they serve items from an air fryer.
I had a fantastic time at the cabana and was well looked after.
Guest relations were accommodating when contacted.
The reasons I will not return involve some of the clientele.
The conversations I heard while trying to relax by the quieter pool were shocking; a little respect for those seeking calm would help, as I do not need to listen to talk from across the area.
Guests used FaceTime in the à la carte restaurant, essentially shouting at whoever they were speaking to.
Guests smoked at the rooftop restaurant while others ate—this was not a pleasant experience and the food was not enjoyable.
The Scottish male guest thought it acceptable to speak to me as if I were a piece of dirt by the quiet pool; when I moved my sun-lounger and made a polite comment to my partner, stating I did not want to be the shade, he replied rudely that he was only raising his parasol to apply sun cream. He was also rude to another guest a few days later when pool staff moved his parasol for them to use. He wore the black wristband and was a returning guest, so he clearly believed he had the right to be rude. Shame on you, Sir!
I contacted guest relations before check-out to raise these concerns, and they offered a welcome gesture of a complimentary late check-out, which I appreciated.
Go and enjoy the sunsets—they are simply beautiful.

Incredible holiday
Just returned from a 15 night stay at jiva. Was our 1st time to this hotel. I cannot put into words how wonderful it was from start to finish. The staff are unbelievable, it is all beautifully clean and the grounds are amazing. The choice of food is incredible and delicious. Ate at the roof top and bubon and both were incredible. We had some trouble being overcharged by a taxi one night we went to guest relations to report it and Bushra went above and beyond to sort it out. We got our money back thanks to her and can not thank her enough. Jiva you are amazing. Thank you Debbie and Mark Ps bringing all the family here 2028
My gresy vacation
This was pit seconda visit to Jiva Hotel. IT was a wonderful place for leisure, run and excellent cousine.
- Location- a beautiful seeting, expansive grounds, charming spots and plently of greenary are its key assets.
- Cousine- a true delight for good lovers.
- Rooms - comfortable, clean and tastefully.
- Service - characterized by perfectionism, gresy dedication and courtesy.
- Atmosphere- understated elegancję and lucury.
Fantastic small hotel with fantastic staff
Our 2nd visit to Jiva and it did not disappoint at all. Even when we arrived after a 4 hour delay in the uk , in the early hours of the morning, lukka lounge was open for a snack. We had a swim up room , with our own 2 padded sunlounges. Bubon à la carte restaurant is just amazing , wonderful food and service and worth splashing out on the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The buffet restaurant is excellent with plenty of choice . Even though the hotel was full it never felt crowded there are so many different bars and places to go. Entertainment is fantastic from live bands to acrobats . The entertainment team are brilliant my husband joined in darts, ping pong and Boccia, I did the Pilates daily , Yasmin is an excellent teacher and made the classes enjoyable and informative, she helped my form so much. I could go on but just to mention Ramazzan , a waiter , friendly and efficient with a great sense of humour. And Sefika in the main restaurant. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday and will be back

Our fave hotel in Turkey
We have been to Jiva beach hotel many times and it surpasses our expectations every time ! All The staff are excellent and we would like to give a special thank you to the Reception staff and Guest relations who ALWAYS go out of their way to accommodate any request you ask of them ! Nothing is any bother to them and I would not contemplate going anywhere else in Turkey . Thanks again for a wonderful holiday Jiva !
