Very nice hotel 10/10 food stunning views and staff are just the best. Just want to give a bit of an appreciation to the man alparslan such a nice person helped me through my stay. Always being so polite and helpful

We are an English family of 5, children aged 9/14/17.. we were staying in a two bedroom family suite (room 417) July 14-23! We arrived at jiva beach resort late at night, roughly 1130pm. On arrival we were greeted off our private transfer at the doors to reception where our bags and luggage was taken. Reception was beautifully decorated, clean and plenty of seating. We checked in very fast and everything was explained very clear to us about our room cards/ beach towel cards and where we could get food and drinks 24/7 in the lukka lounge bar. We were shown where the lukka lounge was and we ate and went to our room. The room was spacious very clean and comfortable.. there was a safety box which was easy to use. A fully stocked mini bar that was replenished every day. On waking up the next morning we could see that off our balcony views of the mountain ranges and beach n sea were all in view. We spent most of our days at the smaller pool with the slides which was open 9-1230 then 1-5 pool was always open but slides were shut between those times. This pool is where we found the most hard working and attentive member of staff who goes by the name of BARUK.. as soon as he saw us coming to the pool he always helped with beds and drinks and snacks and always worked with a smile on his face. This lad deserves the praise we heap upon him for just how good he is at his job. He made my young lads holiday hands down! There are also other members of staff in this review I will mention, but ALL STAFF are amazing and makes this place very special. Daily activities was sent via what’s app every day explaining times/restaurant times and kids club and evening entertainment this was all very simple to understand. Daily activities such as darts, water aerobics water polo and much more as available to do. My partner and my son played darts every day (Mitch /kaiden) and water polo which was all set up by another amazing staff member AYKUT…(Tom)… another reason why this hotel works so well.. his energy and enthusiasm to put these activities on and take part in etc and the other members of staff he works with.. for each seven days of your stay you get 1 al la carte tokens to use in the roof top bar, Italian which as at paprika bar and borbon bar which staged the Chinese. We were staying 9 nights and were kindly offered an extra choice from guest relations which were found was very kind of them and happy to take the roof bar which was Turkish cuisine and the Italian choice.. both restaurants was very nice and I will add some photos of the meals later in this review. During our stay we purchased the beach pavilions for two seperate days which worked out at 140 euro per day. These were situated on the beach and again a member of staff we found so nice to us and worked so hard we asked for him the second day of our stay at the pavilions. His name was ORCAN.. orcan was so kind, hard working and did everything to make our stay so good and our experience that we would never forget. The beach was pebble and sand, and understand it wouldn’t be for everyone but it didn’t bother us in the slightest. The food at the beach and the sunset vibes was amazing. We really do have memories for life.. at the beach we purchased water sports and boat trips.. the first boat trip was that good we booked another to different islands.. the members of staff that made this happen and made our experience so good was HASAN,CANAN, EMZE.. they looked after us with prices and gave us a generous discount because we were returning customers. I really could go on and on and there’s just too many to mention.. all staff are amazing and helpful.. actually another young man that gave us the best eating experiences while at paprika and that shout out goes to ALPEREN.. such a nice guy.. we visited Callis (town area 15mins walk away or 5pounds taxi) this area was good for shops bars and restaurants etc.. we had such an amazing experience we will definitely be returning next year.. we loved everything about this place. From check in to check out we loved every bit of it… almost as much as the coffee truck we loved getting iced lattes every day.. but most of all BURAK, jiva beach keep this man forever he’s a great example of how this place runs.. I tipped this lad every day, I tipped quite a lot of staff but only because they deserve it. Truly special staff the ones I mentioned. JIVA WE WILL RETURN….
