This hotel has a prime beachfront location with beautiful views across Fethiye Bay and stunning sunsets over Calis Beach, and will appeal to beach lovers and anyone in search of relaxation. A fantastic hotel
We have just returned from spending a fantastic 12 day holiday at the Mutlu Hotel. This was our 9th holiday in Calis, the first at the Mutlu, which we knew having walked past it each day on our way to the beach What a fantastic hotel, the staff are always happy and cheerful, and cannot do enough for you, linen and towels are changed each day, the Brothers Resteraunt is of excelent quality, and their staff serve the best cocktails my wife has ever had, as well as other drinks including an on site coffee shop. We are not pool people, but prefer beaches, which in this case is directly opposite, but the pool is fantastic, set in a lawned area with plenty of sunbeds available. Did I mention we have just had our first holiday there?, well it was so good, we came home on Monday, and on Tuesday booked again for the same time next year

Mutlu was everything we needed. Just great.
We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and haven't been back to Calis Beach for 8 years and decided to go back as we have special memories of Calis. We knew the area so decided to go for the Mutlu as Jet 2 gave a great package including fantastic flight times. The reviews were good and also you have The Brothers Restaurant and Bar underneath which was amazing. The Hotel itself was in a perfect location for us. 20 Mtrs from the sea. About 100 Mtrs or so from the Fethieye Water taxi and town. The staff were so friendly. The room had everything we needed. Rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast had a really good selection. The pool area never got busy. We will definitely be back. Already looking at next year.

A little Gem
Excellent hotel spotlessly clean, probably one of the best locations on Calis promenade. Central for water taxi, Dolmus, taxi rank. Fabulous bar area wonderful staff.nothing is a trouble. Nice pool no fight for sunbeds. 4th year returning to this hotel and each year it just gets better.
MUTLU HOTEL
Hotel Mutlu is a little gem. In a wonderful position with breakfast by the sea. Rooms recently renovated and beds very comfortable. All the restaurants are on the door step. We particularly liked Cafe Soul and Summmer Breeze.Out the back gate and up the road and cross the little bridge and we got a water taxi to Fethye which is a lovely town to spend time in.All the staff are very courteous.Enjoy
Absolutely wonderful
This hotel is such a wonderful find. The rooms are clean and adequate. The housekeeping staff go into the room and clean it every day without fail.
The pool area is spotless and plenty of sunbeds and they allow inflatables in the pool.
The bar and restaurant area is a really pleasant space to hang out in and there’s a really good vibe from the staff.
Coming in October was perfect because it is quiet, not many noisy children and still pretty hot. The hotel restaurant sells good food (their nachos are very tasty) and there are plenty of other restaurants to choose from along the rest of Calis beach too. The breakfasts are ok, I see some reviews here of people complaining about this aspect of the hotel. But there was a choice of cereal, toast, eggs, cheese, meats & salad and yoghurt with toppings. It really was fine.
The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. Right on the seafront and at the quieter end of the strip.
A great place for dog lovers as there are so many gentle, friendly dogs hanging about.
Nearly every other guest that we spoke to said that they were returning, some of them for over a decade. I will definitely be returning. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
