This wonderful hotel is nestled in a beautiful town of Calis Fethiye, only 2 kilometres from the centre of the city and numerous local dining options, crafts markets and entertainment venues. Dalman Airport is situated within 45 kilometres and the closest bus stop is 3.5 kilometres away. Within walking distance visitors will find a seemingly endless sandy beach. The hotel greets guests with an elegant exterior and modern decor. Guests can relax and unwind in the spacious surroundings of the apartments, where soothing natural tones induce an aura of relaxation and tranquillity. Every morning guests can enjoy a hearty breakfast buffet and taste delicious local specialties in the charming on-site restaurant overlooking the garden. Children will delight in the paddling pool, while adults may have a cooling dip in the sparkling pool or have a drink from the poolside bar or relax on the sun loungers.

Good location 20 minute walk to Fetiyhe beach and local market otherwise good availability of bus and taxi which are cheap Clean and spacious apartment and good pool area Extremely friendly and helpful staff The only minor points were lack of tea, coffee & toiletries in apartment and very poor broadband Very quiet as outside town area
Best Apartments in Calis
Just spent a week in these apartments they were the best we have stayed in. And given that we go three times a year that tells you something. We stayed in 3 Bedroomed apt it was spotless. All the staff we super friendly and looking forward to returning to these fantastic apartments in August. Lynn
Another fantastic holiday
We have had another fantastic relaxing holiday at the Diana Residence We have been coming for 13 years now and have booked again for next year Omar and his staff are wonderful nothing is too much trouble for them We stay in a two bedroom apartment and it’s got all amenities from home and is very spacious with two huge balconies The housekeeping ladies are so friendly and work really hard Our appt was cleaned every two to three days and was spotless The pool area was spotlessly clean and was washed down every night The water in the pool was perfect and there were lots of sunbeds We ate a few meals in the restaurant food was really delish and tasty We had a really fun night playing darts but a little complaint darts were too light 🤣 Thankyou once again to everybody at the Diana for making our holiday special again xxxx Love from Linda n John 🥰🥰
Nice relaxing stay at Diana residence
We have just had a lovely restful holiday at the Diana apartments,we had a 1 bedroom self catering apartment just above the restaurant it was lovely & clean the kitchen facilities were very good and modern including a dishwasher fridge freezer & washing machine
I found the bed to be very comfortable and had my favourite soft thin duvet and comfy pillows 9.5/10
The Air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was a large LCD tv if you needed to use it, good Wi-Fi connection throughout the residence.
The pool area was spotless, no loud music plus the pool was of a perfect temperature….Had it got walk in steps for people with mobilities/senior guests instead of a ladder I would give it a 10/10
The food we ate both at breakfast lunchtime and evening meal was always good and appetising along with the freindly service we received.
The two kind housemaids were spot on and very helpful & friendly, they always left us a nice clean apartment with fresh sheets & towels changed roughly every 3 days! Nice 🇹🇷 ladies I aim to learn some more Turkish next year so I can thank them both as they are very polite
The Manager and receptionist of the hotel are both genuinely nice people with a good sense of humour, nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay and even assisted my disabled partner on our departure with all of our cases in a torrential downpour of rain ☔️
There is a small convenience shop next to reception, really handy for essentials and daily fresh bread 🥖 & milk etc…
There is a Bus/Dolmus stop literally 2 minutes walk away from the hotel plus a taxi rank opposite the bus stop that can get you quickly into the centre of Calis if you don’t fancy the pleasant 20 minute walk. To boot there is also a button adjacent to the hotel you can press to request a taxi 🚕 and will,usually arrive within 5 minutes roughly £4 to the centre of Calis _Dolmus about 50p !
All in all a great relaxing experience and we will definitely be returning in 2026 🌞🇹🇷 🏨
Just one minor complaint🫣 Can we please have some better quality darts 🎯 next year in the small games room 🤣😃 180 🎯 🎯🎯🙏
Could do better
Having travelled extensively in Turkey I thought after seeing the reviews about the apartments I would give it a try. The accommodation we were given was room 104 a 3 bedroom which was huge especially as we were a couple. The apartments have everything you need, the complex looks beautiful,the pool area and the bar/ restaurant are very nice, we had no problems getting sunbeds at all. This complex would have been amazing when new but it needs a makeover, nothing smells fresh, no clean bleachy smell anywhere, the attention to detail is non existent. Our bedroom patio door didn't lock I was told the handyman would fix it at 7pm but nobody turned up during our 5 nights, various lightbulbs not working the upstairs bathroom had a tiny led above the mirror which gave next to no illumination, kitchen drawer handles loose, wall shades loose, netting behind the black out curtains ripped and mosquito screens with big holes in them. The worst thing was the bins around the pool weren't emptied at anytime during my stay and there were empty bottles on top of a dividing wall. Calis is a great wee resort with nice restaurants on the front and the people were so nice, it's easy to get around as the dolmus/ bus is only 200 yards from the complex or if you walk it's a 15-20 minute walk. If you want a chilled holiday these apartments would be perfect, the issues we had were minor but do need addressing, the owner and staff didn't really interact with the guest's that we spoke to, I didn't find it that friendly. Lastly the mattresses are probably the worst I have ever slept on. I'm not trying to slate the place I would visit again if all the small issues are rectified as I said this place would have been amazing 10 years ago, it just needs better housekeeping and attention to detail.
