(Siehe Fotos) Schlimmes Erlebnis. Ich habe die Unterkunft nach wenigen Stunden verlassen(müssen! - Schimmel! und Dreck!). Als ich mit meinem Koffer das Hotel verlassen wollte, wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer (gegen Aufpreis) angeboten. Bei der Besichtigung öffnte ich den Kühlschrank, und sah Essensreste. Dann bin ich sofort abgereist. Ich habe per Kreditkarte 6 Tage gebucht und bezahlt. Auch nach meiner Beschwerde habe ich von der Unterkunft keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Nach langem Streit wurde mir eine Rückerstattung (weit unter 50%) angeboten, sofern ich eine gute Bewertung über das Hotel schreiben würde. Für mich eine Erpressung! Die höheren Bewertungen (ab 1 Stern) über diese Unterkunft kann ich nicht im geringsten nachvollziehen.

Отличные апартаменты! Отдыхали с подругой. До пляжа 8-10 минут пешком по прямой дороге, комфортно даже в жаркую погоду. 5 минут до остановки. Комнаты большие, просторные и чистые. Все в наличие вплоть до полотенец. Также внутри есть стиральная машинка. Кондиционер работает хорошо. Хозяин приветливый и гостеприимный. Мы с подругой остались довольны, уже планируем следующую поездку! От души рекомендуем!
Nice and cosy place
Small and cosy apart hotel in a quiet place, 10 min to the beach. The rooms have everything you may need for a comfortable holiday, nice garden and swimming pool. The host is very helpful and friendly, we are thankful to Burhan for our great holiday

Peaceful oasis
Very comfortable and spacious apartment about 10 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need, even a washing machine and an iron if you feel so inclined on your holidays! The pool area is clean and nicely light at night time. The scent of the lemon trees is lovely and you can help yourself. The hosts, Tamer and his wife are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. They are on hand to help but not intrusive and Tamer is happy to call and place orders for food deliveries. They make this place feel like home! Highly recommended.

Home from home
This is a lovely place to use as a base for exploring Fethiye. Prices are reasonable and the accommodation is very generously sized. We even had a washing machine which is great. The pool area is lovely and sunny and kept very clean. Last but not least the hosts, Tamer and Nihal are absolutely wonderful. You feel like family here because they're so kind.
