Peaceful and tranquil
Love this place.. homely and peaceful.. this is the perfect time to visit if you prefer a quiet holiday .. rooms are modern and very clean ..Staff are just amazing As it's end of season food is obviously scaled down as they are catering for far less people so be aware of this.. I am happy with the food that is there.. although maybe a choice of eggs at breakfast would help..overall I will definitely return .. Thanks to the staff at the Bezay xxx
Dissapointed
I cannot review this hotel as they cancelled our booking for 11 days in October, due to the collapse of Thomas Cook therefore lack of guests apart from us. At the time we were offered a full refund. We understood the reasons for this and booked other accommodation. We waited for our expected refund, which did not come after 3 weeks. This hotel took our full payment from my credit card in May, despite the confirmation saying it would be taken 3 weeks before our stay. We contacted the hotel, but they said that was to do with cancellation, but was under the heading of "payments". Fortunately we had booked through Booking.com, who contacted the hotel regarding our refund and after sending them payment evidence we eventually got our refund 4 weeks after THEY cancelled our booking. I'm afraid we will not be booking with this hotel after our experiences with them, despite the reviews we read on here. We have stayed in Calis many times and have never had any problems before.
Great holiday at BEZAY HOTEL.
A great all round holiday. All inclusive great option .Ayda & Umut were gems. Beds superb. Food superb. Pool superb. Bar superb. Air-conditioning superb. I recommend this gem of a hotel. Will definitely return next year . One small upset was that Olga (reception) only spoke to me whenever I spoke to her, she never greeted at all.

Diamond of a hotel
We found this gem of a hotel by accident, it’s amazing ! Although we never stayed there we popped in daily to use the pool and have a drink or lunch. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they went all out to ensure everyone there were looked after. Spotless public areas, and superb gardens. We cannot recommend this hotel enough.
Lovely hotel
Very impressed with the hotel Location was great beachfront a few minutes walk . Far away to guarantee a good night’s sleep . Very clean ,bed was amazing the pool was the best ever so clean and great size . I’m a keen gardener at home and I have to give special praise to the gardener in the hotel the grounds were stunning and you can see the hard work that has been put into it … well done that man 👏 all the staff were very helpful. Food … I only had breakfast but there was plenty of choices to choose from. I would recommend this hotel and happily use it again Thank you again to all the staff much appreciated
