Great summer trip
Our stay was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful on the way back to airport - they gave us breakfast since we were leaving before it starts. And they helped us to manage taxi to airport which we preordered. Location is very convenient for the beach, grocery store, cafes, Dalaman airport and public transport ( bus and water taxi). We had breakfast and dinner included so it was very convenient to rest and don’t worry about food. The pool was clean and area in shade was also nice. The bar was working all the time. Even staff is not speaking English a lot, they still made our communication easy. The cleaning was on daily basis which was great given beach holidays.
Medium hotel and not the best.
Breakfast is normal, and it is better than expected. The pool is good. The air conditioning is good. The cook is very good and cooks a different meal every night.
The beach is 500 meters/ two streets away so not beach front as mentioned. Water is not put in the rooms daily and you have to get it at the restaurant. Shampoos are not refilled daily. The rooms and the whole hotel are old. There is no elevator. There are no slippers in the rooms. There is no kettle. There is no glass to hold a toothbrush in the bathroom. The bathroom is very small. The reception and other officials and employees are not friendly. It is weaker for the price and maybe better hotels can be found, such as the Sunshine Holiday Resort, which is both All Inclusive and large with numerous pools and a variety of food, entertainment and water games, etc. Interestingly, the price is lower than the Bezay Hotel.
Lovely hotel
Very impressed with the hotel Location was great beachfront a few minutes walk . Far away to guarantee a good night’s sleep . Very clean ,bed was amazing the pool was the best ever so clean and great size . I’m a keen gardener at home and I have to give special praise to the gardener in the hotel the grounds were stunning and you can see the hard work that has been put into it … well done that man 👏 all the staff were very helpful. Food … I only had breakfast but there was plenty of choices to choose from. I would recommend this hotel and happily use it again Thank you again to all the staff much appreciated

Diamond of a hotel
We found this gem of a hotel by accident, it’s amazing ! Although we never stayed there we popped in daily to use the pool and have a drink or lunch. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they went all out to ensure everyone there were looked after. Spotless public areas, and superb gardens. We cannot recommend this hotel enough.
Great holiday at BEZAY HOTEL.
A great all round holiday. All inclusive great option .Ayda & Umut were gems. Beds superb. Food superb. Pool superb. Bar superb. Air-conditioning superb. I recommend this gem of a hotel. Will definitely return next year . One small upset was that Olga (reception) only spoke to me whenever I spoke to her, she never greeted at all.
