This hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating. I would rate it no more than 3 stars.
Everything is very disappointing. The hotel clearly has not been renovated for a very long time — starting from the main entrance and lobby, to the restaurant and spa.
The rooms are in terrible condition: rusty plumbing, bathrooms with an unpleasant smell, and dirty toilets throughout the hotel.
The restaurant offers very repetitive and monotonous food.
The sea is beautiful, and the views are also stunning — these are the only truly good things about this hotel.
The reception and management seem to have absolutely no interest in making guests’ stay comfortable. They simply do not care, and there are no positive solutions to any requests or concerns. Everything is “not possible.” In 17 years of travelling to Turkey, this is by far the worst level of service I have ever experienced.
The only people who genuinely tried to help were the trainee staff in the restaurant.
And most importantly, the hotel is overwhelmingly pro-Russian. Russian music is played constantly, and this particular group of guests receives noticeably preferential treatment from the staff, despite their rude and disrespectful behaviour towards the hotel itself.
For this reason, I категорically do not recommend this hotel to Ukrainians or to anyone who does not support the “situation” in Ukraine. You may find this extremely upsetting and shocking.
For my family, this hotel has unfortunately put a definite end to our love of holidays in Turkey.

Just spent two weeks at the Yasmin Resort Hotel just me and my wife had a really great time found the hotel really clean staff constantly cleaning all staff friendly and welcoming food ok and plenty of variety pools both brilliant one heated one not entertainment was brilliant our room was clean and spacious Enjoyed a Turkish Bath and full body massage for the first time on our first full day and they found a couple of issues so rebooked three more sessions which cured them can't thank the owner and manager and all their staff so friendly and informative also big shout out to Bugra the outside staff member found him most welcoming and friendly would look out for us every day to chat and ask about us even after our massage sessions would certainly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Yasmin Bodrum! The beautiful, well-maintained gardens, enjoyable evening shows and, above all, the amazing staff made our holiday truly memorable.
🍸 Lobby Bar – Ali, Batuhan, Pinar & Sinan
A truly exceptional team! Professional, friendly, attentive and always smiling. They remember guests’ favourite orders and make everyone feel genuinely welcome. Their service is impeccable, and their bartending skills are simply amazing – even as non-cocktail drinkers, we found their talent and flair a pleasure to watch. They are a real credit to the hotel!

Always cheerful, kind, helpful and quick. Watching her work with such energy and a smile was a pleasure!

Always friendly, meticulous and professional. Our room was kept in perfect condition throughout our stay. Thank you for your excellent work!
🍽️ Restaurant
During peak hours, finding a table could sometimes be challenging due to the restaurant being full. However, the kindness and smiles of the Filipino restaurant team and the lovely Igbail made these moments much more pleasant.
🌿 A Few Suggestions for Improvement
The beautiful gardens and evening entertainment deserve praise. However, we were surprised that not all reception staff seemed comfortable speaking English, which is essential when welcoming international guests.
Another issue was the simultaneous reservation of sunbeds by the pool and on the beach, even when guests were not using them. A clear policy for unattended sunbeds would help ensure fair access and prevent unnecessary frustration.

A hotel is much more than its facilities – it is the people who bring it to life. The warmth, dedication and professionalism of the team members mentioned above made our holiday truly special.
Thank you for the wonderful memories! Despite a few areas that could be improved, we left very happy and would gladly recommend Yasmin Bodrum to others. We hope the hotel recognises and appreciates these outstanding members of its team. We would love to return! ❤️

znakomite miejsce dla osób szukających wytchnienia i relaksu, Pan kierownik bardzo serdeczny i przyjacielski - udało mu się nakłonić mnie i moją partnerkę na tradycyjny Hammam a następnie na 3 kolejne sesje masażu limfatycznego oraz z gorącymi kamieniami. Rewelacja! młoda malutka tajka (przepraszam jeśli źle określiłem pochodzenie 🙏) świetnie wymasowała moje spięte mięśnie, mimo skromnej postury, siła jej rąk jest w stanie rozbić nawet najtwardsze mięso. Polecam to miejsce każdemu, naprawdę nie zawiedziesz się. Cena porównywalna do cen masażu w Polsce a wrażenia są o niebo lepsze 🙏 pozdrawiam całą ekipę SPA 👋
An excellent place for those seeking respite and relaxation. The manager is very warm and friendly—he managed to convince my partner and me to try a traditional Hammam, followed by three additional sessions of lymphatic and hot stone massage. Absolutely fantastic! A young, petite Thai woman (apologies if I’ve misidentified her origin 🙏) did an incredible job working on my tense muscles; despite her small stature, the strength in her hands is enough to break down even the toughest knots. I recommend this place to everyone—you truly won’t be disappointed. The prices are comparable to what you’d pay for a massage in Poland, but the experience is worlds better! 🙏 Best regards to the entire SPA team! 👋
