This beach hotel is located on the Bodrum Peninsula in an area known as Kadikalesi, which is a 5-minute taxi ride from the famous weekly farmers market and the numerous restaurants, bars and shops of Turgutreis. Sitting on its own private beach area, the venue is ideal for all water-sport enthusiasts due to the sheer number of facilities it can offer them. Those who aren't so keen on activities can simply relax around the outdoor swimming pool and enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean weather. The youngest guests will also have their own separate children's swimming area where they can play under the watchful eye of their parents. For little extra pampering the venue can also offer soothing massages and a sauna.

Cozy little hotel that had everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach is like 10 steps away from the hotel which is great. The hotel has pool, beach bar etc… Rooms were cleaned daily…if you need something they provide it right away. You can take a nice walk along the coastline and you reach Turgutreis where you can shop or visit restaurants. Thank you to all of the staff and manager Habip for making our holiday so enjoyable. We will miss it ❤️
I went on a girls holiday and stayed here, if it wasn't for the fact we were only there 4 nights, we would definitely have moved hotels. The food was bland and boring, chicken and rice nearly every day for lunch and dinner, the puddings were very basic and all tasted the same, the only thing edible for breakfast was the watermelon, the coffee was the best beverage. Warm wine and soft drinks, the only spirits were Whiskey, gin and vodka in the all inclusive. The cocktails in the cocktail bar were chargeable and not nice. The rooms were very basic and outdated, the pool area was very small, barely a spare sunbed, none of the staff spoke a word of english. The hotel was clean, if you didn't look under the beds, although the bathrooms would benefit from some mould spray and a freshen up. The entertainment wasn't great. We would not recommend this hotel. The best thing about it is the jetty with the sunbeds on. It's clearly a local turkish holiday resort. The town which was a 40min walk was great and luckily one of the restaurants owners offered us a lift so the last 2 nights we were able to have some good food and entertainment.
We had a wonderful stay at Tiana Beach Resort. The private beach and pier were beautiful and clean, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. The food was fresh, tasty, and had plenty of variety. Our room was spotless and cleaned with care every day. The reception staff were always welcoming and professional. What truly made our stay special was the kindness and genuine hospitality of the whole team. Everyone was friendly and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We truly enjoyed our holiday and would gladly recommend Tiana Beach Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable vacation.
Not for me, hotel is totally aimed at the local market. Food very average, primarily chicken dishes and no fish or seafood seen over our 10 days there. They claim dinner is 7pm to 9pm. Trust me if you’re not there by 7.30pm the special of the day is gone. With only shoulder shrugging from the staff when you ask if there is more. No toaster, there was a panini grill available on 4 of our 10 days. We toasted on it after scraping of the pepperoni and cheese left by those making toasted sandwiches and not caring how much burnt food they left on it. We brought cereal from town on our second day. No pastries seen at any breakfast. There is a snack advertised 3pm to 4pm - it’s Turkish bread - every day. Ice creams 4pm - are very nice. Drinks on all inc, are only vodka, gin, Ouse, lager, red or white wine (cooking wine) soft drinks, Pepsi & local lemonade and Fanta, no juice anywhere and all drinks are out on the bar, not in fridge, so plenty of ice is needed (less actual drink in the glass) No plastic glasses for around the pool, so watch out for the broken glass. Barman was very nice. Entertainment was all geared to the Turkish audience other than darts at 3pm. 10 year old board and kids darts and waterpolo at 4pm. Some treat it like the Olympics. All sun shades around the pool and on the beach are fixed. So you’re either in the shade or in the burning sun. Owner sits around lording it, telling anyone who’ll listen that the painting no one recognises on the icons alley art wall is of him. Think his time would be better spent updating the rooms, bathrooms, food offering, entertainment and general managing of his hotel. We booked because the price was good and the trip advisor score was high. On review, the high scores are all from locals. Won’t be returning
