Tiana Beach Resort

A nice hotel, lovely location, right on the beach. 20 minute walk into town, Basic but okay. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels. Major issues with this hotel are the food, almost the same every day for two weeks & always cold, had to eat out almost every day, not good for an all inclusive. Drinks were usual AI rubbish, very limited, but the beer was okay. Sunbeds around the pool area are under permanent shades, so had to lay in the garden which was 50 metres from the pool or sea, so not ideal if you wanted a quick dip to cool down whilst sunbathing. Swimming pool was clean but 5 foot all the way round so not child friendly. For these reasons I would not return.

Nice hotel in nice location. Lovely 30 minute walk into the town. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels, hotel generally clean too. Pool was nice but permanent sun shades all above the sunbeds so no choice of sun or shade. The beach sunbeds were the same in with permanent shades, they were tired and worn. The staff were hard working and friendly. The only let down was the food.... Lots of cheese and meat for breakfast but not at any other time of the day, very basic bread with margarine, no croissants or pastries, no toaster. Some mornings there were freshly fried eggs but not every day. Afternoon snacks were freshly made in the morning but then had to have them cold in the afternoon. Lots of salads but the same saled for every meal. Hot food wasn't hot and again the same choices for both meals, mainly chicken. Lots of food which should have been served hot was cold. There were limited choices at the bar, mainly serving beer and wine, no spirits or tonics or cocktails. For these reasons, we would not return to this hotel, which is a shame.

Very basic hotel very few staff spoke English most used Google translate to communicate including the reception staff when we arrived. Air con didn't work in room asked them to fix it through Google translate didn't get done. Food was absolutely atrocious there wasn't even a toaster in the morning to make toast and whatever was for lunch was same for dinner and it was lukewarm at bedt so ended up walking miles to eat out, there are no local shops and the onsite supermarket barely has anything and what they did have was priced extortionately, €35 for sunscreen! We knew it was end of season but on the last day we woke up to no sun beds around the pool or on the beach the hotel was being dismantled around us no restaurant or bar open we were the only two people left in the hotel and wasn't being in collected until 8pm so a whole day with no option to eat again walked miles to get a breakfast and didn't eat again until we got home the next morning as the only place to eat at the airport was a Costa and they had run out of food. The prices at the airport were ridiculous (it's cheaper to buy 600 cigarettes than some bags of sweets). Saw the rep the morning after we arrived booked a boat trip which was good until we arrived back and there was no one there to collect is and bring us back to hotel.the only people that seemed to enjoy the hotel were the Turkish visitors, I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here
