Bad experience
We are staying here now for one week in September, 2026. They hotel accommodated me and my 5 year daughter in the last room in a raw, actually in the suburbs where the loading docks are situated. It takes us 700 meters to the main restaurant and around a 1000 meters to the sea up and down few times a day. It’s impossible to find a table for dinner in alacarte restaurants, we keep trying to book them already 3 days along, but receive neglecting answers like “your request is under review”. I never recommend this hotel for such money.
Excellent experience
I had a really wondeful experience with this hotel that far exceeded my expectations. My family has been visiting this place for years but for me personally this was my first time.
Everything was impeccable. Had a 7 night stay all inclusive, with two younger children. I am a person with gluten intolerance and chosing a hotel and vacation is often a challenge and never a blind choice.
We had an early arrival and received our room at noon, not a minute later. In the meantime, we could enjoy all hotel facilities, including restaurants and the beach.
The WhatsApp group coordination and communication with the assigned guest relations is a wonderful idea, and this is how we got the notification for the room, as well as everything else during the stay.
F&B - great! Every noon and evening we enjoyed the various restaurants. In the morning, I benefited from the well-assigned gluten-free section at the main dining restaurant. For the noon and evening sessions, the hotel dietitian made perfect arrangements for me. Great job. Room - everyday cleaning, towel replacement, great amenities, good minibar, excellent space.
Spa - wonderful experience with the various massages, particularly the Balinese.
Beach club - excellent catering to patrons at the beach.
Children's club - probably one of the best I've seen.
Hotel - amazing tranquility, beautiful views and gardens.
Remarks - If I could change one thing, that would be not to play DJ house music at the beach bar in the afternoons, especially when it's the best time to relax at the beach. This sort of contrasts with the otherwise tranquil atmosphere.
Special thanks - The whole stay wouldn't be the same if it weren't for the many people and staff doing their work and part. However, primarily I want to thank Miss Ayse - the hotel dietitian who made my stay safe and comfortable. For people with special needs, this is vital.
Also, I want to thank Yulia and Nazgul from guest relations; Sri and Komang at the Spa; Can, Guyel, and Komang at the Beach Club; and Hilal at the Terrace bar who made our stay even more pleasant and memorable and made us make a plan to revisit next year.

We had such a wonderful experience here last year that we decided to come back again this year, and once again, we are leaving with nothing but great memories.
The hotel truly cares about guest satisfaction. Whenever we had even the smallest issue, the staff were very attentive, helpful, and genuinely made an effort to find a solution.
The sea is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are very clean, and the restaurants are excellent, both in terms of food quality and variety. Overall, you really feel that you get your money’s worth.
A special thank you to Ms. Neslihan, Ms. Gizem, and Ms. Aslı for their kindness, attention, and for making our stay even more enjoyable.
We are already looking forward to coming back next year!
Beautiful hotel & great staff
The hotel was extremely beautiful, especially because of how well it blends into nature. The forest and the beach were both stunning, and it was easy to get from one place to another. The food was amazing, both the buffet and the a la carte restaurants probably the best we have had at a hotel. We had squeky clean rooms too.
But the best part was the staff and the service. We have never experienced anything like it before. From the people cleaning the rooms, to the assistants, to the restaurant staff, everyone was kind, genuine, warm, and incredibly helpful. They truly made the stay special. Special shoutout to our guest assistants Beyza, Hazal, and Ulas.
One recommendation I'd make for couples who are looking for a more romantic holiday would be to go to this hotel in September or May, when it's not summer holiday season for children. Otherwise visiting the Adult Only beach is a must.
