Unbelievable stay absolutely above and beyond, the food the staff and the property are amazing , the best kids club we ever had to the point we didnt see our son for the whole trip basically so many activities and things to do for everyone here deformed a return in the future .
Beautiful Beach, Great Food. Especially guest assistant Altın and Alina made every wish possible. Special thanks to them
Overall, we had a mixed experience at the hotel. Check-in was efficient, our room was ready on arrival, and the welcome champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries were a lovely touch. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the toilet, and although maintenance responded quickly, they returned to the room sooner than agreed while we were trying to shower and change, which was uncomfortable.
We also experienced repeated problems with our room key cards. It took several attempts to resolve, and although we were told replacement keys would be delivered, they weren't. The issue was eventually fixed, but the interaction with reception left us feeling like we were inconveniencing the staff.
One of the biggest disappointments was the number of flies around the resort. Our bathroom had small gnats throughout the stay despite not eating in the room, and the buffet food often had flies around it. This put us off using the buffet, so we opted for the à la carte restaurants for most meals and occasionally skipped breakfast, choosing only sealed items when we did visit.
The à la carte booking system via WhatsApp could also be frustrating, as reservations were inconsistent and often required repeated follow-ups. Of the restaurants, Hasir was our favourite, with excellent food and service. Pascarella was enjoyable, although service was slow, with one main course arriving around 25 minutes before the other. We also tried Yamas but didn't feel it justified the additional charge, particularly as some dishes were similar to those available elsewhere and the menu was heavily seafood-focused.
There were plenty of positives. The coffee shop was excellent with a great selection available from early morning, the drinks menu was extensive with premium spirits and cocktails made to order, and the QR code ordering system was convenient. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, the gym was one of the best we've used at a resort, and the ice cream and pastry shops were a lovely addition. The evening entertainment was also outstanding, with something different each night and particularly good DJs at The Crab. Some hotel policies could have been enforced more consistently. Although reserving sunbeds wasn't permitted, many guests still did so early each morning. We never struggled to find two loungers together, but it did make the policy seem ineffective. Similarly, the adults-only beach area and 16+ entertainment at Yamas regularly had children present.
The hotel is built on a steep incline, so walking between the beach and rooms could take around 10 minutes using the escalators and steps. While manageable, it became tiring over the course of the week. We also found the evening entertainment at The Crab to be quite loud, with music continuing until around 1:30am and vibrations carrying through to our room, making it difficult to sleep.
Overall, while there were many aspects of the hotel that we really enjoyed, particularly the facilities, drinks, entertainment and grounds, we didn't feel the overall experience reflected the price paid. Having stayed at other five-star resorts in Turkey and Greece at a similar price point, we felt those offered better value in terms of cleanliness, dining experience and overall service.
By 7 a.m., the beach is almost empty, yet every front-row lounger and every spot on the pier is already taken. Instead of addressing the issue, the hotel simply raised cabana prices—now they’re almost twice as expensive as at Cullinan. And unlike Cullinan, where cabanas come with service from a dedicated restaurant, here everything is brought over from the main Turkish restaurant.
The evening entertainment is fantastic, but you’re forced to choose: stay up and enjoy the shows, or wake up at 6 a.m. if you want any chance of getting a good spot by the water.
We had a fantastic stay at Titanic Luxury Collection Bodrum and would happily return. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, the food offers plenty of variety, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently outstanding. Everything was well organized, and the staff genuinely went out of their way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
A big thank you to the team who helped us during our stay through out. A special thank you to Ahmet, who took exceptional care of our family during our stay. His friendliness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a real difference and added a personal touch to our holiday. He was always available to help and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish.
Overall, this is an excellent family resort with beautiful surroundings, great dining options, and service that truly stands out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bodrum. We look forward to coming back.
