🟠🟠🟠Lujo Hotel – An Amazing Stay from Start to Finish!

From the moment we arrived at Lujo, we were impressed, hotel immaculate and sophisticated! We arrived early in the afternoon and had probably the smoothest check-in we've ever experienced. We were also given a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise, so a big thank you to the hotel for that!

We want to give a special mention to Gulshat and Zhanna, our Joy Advisors, who were absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. They looked after us from start to finish, sorted out anything we needed and kept us updated with all the information we required. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and they really helped make our holiday that little bit more special. Both are a real credit to the hotel!

The food at Lujo is absolutely amazing! We loved the à la carte concept, and throughout our entire stay, we never once received a bad plate of food or a bad drink. Every restaurant we visited delivered, and all the staff spoke enough English for us to communicate easily.

Sorriso was definitely worth paying the extra for. The food was incredible, and the pecan pie alone was worth the money! I would genuinely have paid just to go there for that dessert!

The sushi was another highlight and is definitely worth trying. We ordered the mixed platter, and it completely changed our expectations of sushi. Absolutely beautiful!

Another special thank you goes to Gokay at Alarga Seafood Restaurant, who recommended some fantastic dishes and provided top-notch service. He really knew his stuff, and his recommendations made an already brilliant meal even better.

One thing we were particularly pleased to see was how the hotel managed the GUGU pool. On our last day, a few families attempted to use the pool, and the hotel staff were quick to ask them to leave. It was reassuring to see the hotel enforcing its rules and maintaining the experience for the guests entitled to use that area.

If I had to point out one minor criticism, it would be the perfume machines used throughout the hotel. While they generally weren't an issue, in some restaurants, sitting close to one could be quite overpowering, almost to the point where it felt like it was burning your nostrils! It didn't really affect our overall experience, but it's something worth mentioning.

Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay at Lujo. The quality of the food and drinks was consistently excellent, the facilities were fantastic, and the service throughout the hotel was brilliant.

What really makes this hotel special, though, is its staff. From our Joy Advisors, Gulshat and Zhanna, to Gokay at Alarga and everyone else who looked after us, the level of service really does make a difference.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Thank you, Lujo, for a fantastic holiday!

Our stay at Lujo was truly exceptional and unforgettable from beginning to end. We felt very well taken care of throughout our entire stay and would happily return.

A huge part of our wonderful experience was our amazing butler, Sena. Whatever we needed, she was always there to help, incredibly kind, attentive and reliable. She also made our anniversary celebration very special. She beautifully decorated our villa and arranged champagne and a cake, with everything prepared exactly at the time we had agreed. Coming back to the villa and seeing what she had prepared for us was such a lovely surprise and a memory we will definitely keep. Thank you, Sena! 🧡

We also really enjoyed the food. The quality was excellent and we particularly liked that the meals were served rather than having a traditional buffet experience. Dinner service was always very smooth and quick.

If we had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be breakfast service during the busiest times. On some mornings we had to wait quite a long time for our order. This was only a minor issue, though, and did not change how much we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, Lujo gave us a beautiful experience and many wonderful memories as a family. We would definitely love to come back. 🌸✨

Exceptional in every way — Lujo has truly raised the bar!

Having stayed at some incredible hotels, including Cullinan, Regnum Carya, One&Only in Montenegro and the Maldives, FIVE and Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, we have been fortunate to experience some wonderful holidays. But for us, Lujo stands out for its food, beach, staff and exceptional service.

We last visited a few years ago, and the improvements since then have been immense. We loved it before, but this visit has exceeded all our expectations. My husband and I have already decided to return next year with our son, as well as for another holiday together.

A very special thank you to our Joy Assistants, Irem and Murat. They were wonderful in every way and made such a difference to our stay. Whatever we needed, they organised it; whatever we asked for, they did everything they could to make it happen. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Our flight wasn’t until 11:20 at night, and although we offered to pay for a late checkout, the hotel was fully booked. Irem and Murat still went out of their way to arrange an alternative for us. That thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond really sum up the service at Lujo. Just wow!

The food has been outstanding throughout our stay, with Shibori deserving a special mention. The sushi is absolutely amazing. There is an additional charge, but in our opinion, it is worth every penny.

With its beautiful beach, fantastic restaurants and staff who make you feel so well looked after, Lujo has given us a holiday to remember. We honestly cannot fault our experience.
