Another relaxing 2 weeks at The Serpina Hotel
Just back from a glorious 2 weeks in Gumbet, staying in the Serpina Hotel. We’ve now stayed here 3 times and always return home very happy customers. Our room was perfect for what we needed, cleaned every day, poolside view, very comfy beds and the kittens were a delight 🐾🐾 The staff make this hotel! Service is 5 star from Engin and his team, to Ali and the front of house staff, to everyone else behind the scenes. Nothing is ever too much trouble! Thank you guys and we will see you next year!

Welcoming and friendly hotel.
I stayed here with my sister last year and we enjoyed it so much we came back with our husbands this year. The hotel itself is clean and tidy with an adequate sized pool and lovely little garden area. It's a short walk to the beach and has plenty of shops and restaurants close by. They also allow inflatables in the pool. However, the bit that makes your stay so enjoyable is the staff. They go above and beyond and work so hard. They take the time to get to know you and remember your name. If you have any problems they sort it out straight the way. Engin, was fantastic. He provided great entertainment and constantly made sure everything ok. Ali was also very welcoming and kept us entertained with his singing. If you want a lovely, friendly hotel where you can relax and catch some sun, then I would definitely recommend Hotel Serpina.
Highly Recommended
Just back from our 11 nights at this hotel, the rooms are clean and basic, the staff are so friendly and welcoming! The pool was spotlessly clean, we were bed & breakfast, always plenty of choice. Only ate in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was delicious, there are so many restaurants in walking distance of the hotel we were spoilt for choice! We will definitely be booking here again!
