Fantastic Staff Made Our Stay
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very enjoyable experience. The standout feature was undoubtedly the staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Their excellent service really made the stay memorable and created a warm, relaxed atmosphere throughout.
The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, with all the public areas and rooms kept to a good standard. My room was comfortable, well equipped, and offered everything I needed for a pleasant stay. While it wasn’t overly luxurious, it was of a good quality and provided great value for money.
Overall, I would happily recommend this hotel, particularly because of the fantastic team who work there. Their hospitality made all the difference, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Great Stay
Recommended, friendly staff, clean and good atmosphere
What a wonderful team
If this hotel didn't have the team that it currently has it would still be a very good hotel, but the team make it exceptional. They are so friendly, helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. I have to say Engin is brilliant, every evening when I walked into the bar he shook my hand and asked me about my day, with genuine interest. The place is spotless, the pool is cleaned thoroughly every night, the ladies that clean the rooms are delightful and do an excellent job. Breakfast is great and varied, the bar pricing is very reasonable. It is a short walk, through the back gate down to the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week family holiday which was absolutely made by the team that work there, thank you all.
A lovely hotel!
We had a great stay at Serpina hotel. The hotel has a lovely charm to it, and a great atmosphere. The room did the job, no complaints, cleaning staff were amazing. The hotel is very pretty, with a good pool, good amount of sun and beach nearby. The food was also impressive, we had lunch most days by the pool.
What really makes this hotel great was the staff. The hotel had plenty enough staff at all times, all of which were pleasant to speak to and we felt well looked after.
A special thankyou to Engin, who made our stay so great. A great person and host.
There is more than enough restaurants and bars nearby, and getting to bodrum town was an easy cheap bus outside the hotel or an affordable taxi.
Would stay again!
