Built in the local style of small, white-washed blocks around an outdoor pool and garden decorated with colourful bougainvillea shrubs, this popular hotel has been serving guests for many years. Ideally located a short walk away from the centre of Gumbet and the main beach; restaurants, café bars and shops can all be found close-by. The rooms are modernly decorated and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Further afield, the cosmopolitan resort of Bodrum is only a 15-minute ride away on public transport and has an impressive castle dating from the Crusades and an attractive marina waterfront, lined with restaurants and café bars.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
This is a privately owned hotel that is very traditionally Turkish and that’s the charm of it. Spotlessly clean very close to the town centre and the beach with super friendly and accommodating hard working friendly staff. If you’re looking for a chain hotel this is not for you. But if you’re looking for a great escape in a relaxing environment with authenticity and charm then I highly recommend coming here. It’s in a great spot to explore the surrounding areas with frequent buses passing outside which will take you to Bodrum and Bitez in minutes.
Was a nice hotel so friendley nice clean room bit load music frim town Would go back very centre food was ok nice cheap drinks
Myself and my 11yr old daughter spent 6 nights here as part of a 2week stay in Bodrum. Very chilled and quiet hotel In a great location for accessing beach and restaurants. Out of the 3 hotels we stayed in the aircon here was the best and was such a blessing in the heat: Room was basic and clean. Pool was nice. We were very happy with the hotel considering how cheap it was. Would stay here again. Only complaint was there was a man staying there who made myself and other holiday makers extremely uncomfortable with his constant leering and staring. Turkish man, bald head, very dark sunglasses.
This was a girls trip beginning of June, and the Serhan served us well. Its a budget hotel for really just what you need, a bed and a room. A few little points, the showers defo need updating as we couldnt hook the shower head up to the wall and it had to be held the whole time. The beds are very low, and our friends front door was dodgy so it was abit of a mission getting in and out. Other than that the hotel is very honest and pretty cheap. If cheap and cheerful with friendly vibes is what you want then
Booked this place in a package deal. Absolutely disgusting. Filthy showers. No balcony as promised. Moved rooms to one with a balcony. Still just as dirty. Don’t bother staying here. It’s horrible
