Constructed on 38,000 m2 of land, the hotel features one main building and 43 units of 2-floor blocks throughout the grounds. The private sandy beach is 200 m long and there are 2 piers as well as private pavilions for relaxation. The centre of the resort is 1.5 km away while the cosmopolitan resort of Bodrum is at 5 km and worth a visit to explore St Peter's Castle and the small alleyways crammed with shops. The resort offers a range of activities and a diverse range of wining and dining opportunities.

Rather disappointed
Unfortunately rather a disappointment so far. Check in was very smooth (we were the only ones checking in!) and we were taken to our room by a silent porter.
As other have mentioned, things are very tired - clean - but very tired. The bed is incredibly uncomfortable and hard, and whilst we don’t come to watch tv there’s one American news channel which is the only English language channel. We have a room with a balcony, but looks directly onto the balcony opposite - there are lots of sea view rooms unoccupied which seems quite penny pinching to not just give guests the best room you can if it’s not booked….
The food is the worst we’ve eaten on an AI - very little variety at all (everything apart from the exact meat being grilled is the same. EVERY EVENING OR LUNCH. The food is also not hot, or even warm. The buffet restaurant feels like the apocalypse with everyone dashing round. The worst is the harsh lighting, giving it a very industrial canteen vibe. Smoking is allowed everywhere but inside so you (and the children present) get huge lungfuls of secondhand smoke. Lunch in the Italian, the Turkish or the 24/7 bar are much nicer than the canteen. There just doesn’t seem to be any pride or attention to detail.
A couple of the staff are lovely, and very welcoming, the majority not. There’s a lady who wears distinctive lipstick - she’s beautiful but glares at you like you stole her gran’s dinner. She would be absolutely stunning if she smiled! I’m assuming (hoping) it’s end of season exhaustion and not that the staff are unhappy in their work.
Can’t comment on the pool as we tried the sea and it’s quite…refreshing! The pool is allegedly absolutely freezing, which is a shame.
I’m not sure how TUI have graded this so highly, this is 3* at best. We would not recommend and will not return. The reviews and TUIs take on the hotel do not reflect what we are experiencing.

Best hotel in Budrum
Great hotel we've really enjoyed the stay so far. The Entertainment and animation team have been great. Especially the pizza making with Berfin. My 11 year old absolutely loved it. There's a great selection of things going on for the whole family event though the weather hasn't been the best today there's still plenty to do. We would highly recommend 5***

Lovely family holiday!
Lovely hotel, perfect for a family vacation. Fantastic food, service and great, creative activities in the kids club for the children. Lots of crafts, shows and hands-on activities like pizza-making. Would definitely come back!

Great holiday at Selectum Colours
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were fantastic, the food was excellent, and the views were simply stunning. There is so much to like about this hotel, and it has the potential to be truly exceptional.
Unfortunately, what lets it down is the management and the general maintenance of the rooms. With a little more attention to detail, better upkeep and a more proactive approach to fixing issues, this hotel could be outstanding. It is a shame, as the quality of the staff, food and location deserves to be matched by the standard of the accommodation.
That said, I wouldn’t want these shortcomings to overshadow the positives. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return, even though the rooms and management fell below the standards we would normally expect.
One final highlight worth mentioning is Shogun Restaurant in Gümbet. During our stay, we met Tom, who invited us to visit, and we are so pleased we did. We had a wonderful evening, with an excellent variety of food, fantastic service and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Tom is a brilliant host who clearly takes pride in making guests feel welcome.
If you’re ever in Gümbet, I would highly recommend visiting Shogun. You’ll likely be greeted at the door by Tom himself, and you can expect a great evening.
In summary, a lovely hotel with wonderful people and incredible views, but one that would benefit enormously from stronger management and better maintenance. Despite its shortcomings, we would certainly return.

Short holiday
Stayed here for a few nights great location friendly staff. Room needs a bit of an upgrade/TLC but comfortable and clean Found the 24/7 restaurant best for breakfast and evening meal. The buffet restaurant not for me. The food area around the pool also great for food from jacket potatoes to ice cream and everything in-between loved the waffles. All inclusive plus for alcohol but only had premium drinks at lobby bar and not on show so bit poor that need to show what they have on offer premium drinks list required. Other drinks bars ok but nothing special. Overall night time entertainment we enjoyed and we will probably go again so can't be bad. Tip get your own transport to n from airport £95 return Taxi to Bodrum Harbour £7 the driver prefers cash also like euros
