Worst holiday ever
After many trips to Turkey over the years, this hotel is not as advertised. Rooms are very basic and not as shown in the pictures. . Asked for room with disabled facilities to be put in a room with bathroom that small was unbelievable. Little seat in corner for shower after negotiating toilet, made it very dangerous. Hotel is definitely not disabled friendly. Food was in my opion sub standard and not worth the star rating it has . 90 percent of staff very rude and ignorant. Only saving grace was the weather was good . We will not return here again.
Amazing Holiday!
We loved every minute of our stay at sami beach hotel. The location is perfect for shopping, restaurants and the beach. All of the staff were helpful, professional and friendly and the rooms were immaculate. There was great variety in the different food options and we will definitely be staying again.
Do not book this hotel
certainly not the experience we were expecting arrived late evening to be shown to a room of which I can only describe as nothing better than a jail cell !!! Avoid room 9203 like the plague the room however was changed the next day to a much better room but again across the road above the JD shop but the room was very nice so we decided to stay in it. The hotel is advertised as a four star but we have stayed in better two star hotels the food was nothing special but always something to eat but we ate out most days the breakfast nothing special but the afternoon snacks and ice cream were okay, neither of us were impressed that when someone leaves a table after eating the waiters just picked up the place mat shook the food onto the floor and placed the mat back onto the dirty table not even getting wiped with a cloth or sanitiser ??? The bottled water was good and we only tried the wine and beer and they were just drinkable, you had to be up really early to get a sun lounger on the beach when most of them sat with towels on most of the day with no one actually sitting on them and the toilets for the beach and the pool were totally unacceptable and need seriously looking at and were dirty with broken locks and on the last day i asked to keep on our room as we were leaving late I was told we could not keep our room but could get another room and guess what number it was yes 9203 !!! and was told it was £70 !!! I paid £60 up until 6pm and have never ever been charged more than £35 in far superior hotels than this hotel, so would I stay here again NO

Family vacation
Everything was great 😃 all employees were very nice and ready to help. We also get a lot of help from Emine, the receptionist, with her perfect English. Food was perfect, they really know how to do it👍 Location and the beach were also very good.

The hotel needs an update. not very good for people with a disability the lift broke down with me and my daughter in a couple of times & the mens toilet opposite the main dining room it was disgusting it smelt terrible but the staff were brilliant & the food I personally would not go back to this hotel again
