We had a wonderful time at Royal Asarlik Beach hotel. My husband and I came with our 12 year old daughter. The hotel is in a good location and immediately on arrival we met Mustafa from the Panama bar was very friendly and always made us feel welcome and gave us a personal service. The bar staff are polite and don’t serve watered down cocktails. The food was plentiful and it lots of variety especially if you take advantage of the 3 al a carte restaurants on site. The entertainment was amazing and my little girl especially enjoyed the foam party! Billy who sells the best spa packages was not pushy, super friendly and offered good prices. I had my lashes done in the little salon by a lovely lady. Everywhere was so clean including the rooms. There aren’t many English families but that didn’t worry us We are a well travelled family and have always said we would never return to the same hotel but this one has us considering returning next year! Thank you so much for your hospitality
We stayed at the hotel from 3 July for 11 nights. We had a few issues during our stay, however as soon as these were reported to reception they were rectified immediately. The hotel is very clean, and our rooms were cleaned daily. All staff were very helpful and polite. Special mention to Kadir in the lobby bar his cocktails were amazing!
We always managed to get sunbeds at the main pool which was great. The beaches were usually full but we managed to get beds late afternoon and the sea is great!
This hotel has a lot on offer. We made use of the Italian and sea restaurant, food in both was of high quality. We wanted to try the Turkish but as we do not eat meat there was no alternative main meal option, we dined in the main roof top restaurant. The view of the peninsula is breathtaking.
As an adult couple we went out of night and it was great to be able to get a drink and roll on return as these are available between 1-7am!
My only criticism really would be the snack bar. The flat bread was amazing but not available all the time and as we do not eat meat we were really limited so perhaps offering some cheese would be good to have with bread as we couldn’t have the burgers and the Turkish pizza I think they are called pide a lot of the time contained meat so having this as a meat free option would have been good.
We will be back next year!
The vast majority of the hotel and amenities are all very good, however the bedrooms are very dated and in a poor state of repair. I would give the amenities a 4s star rating but the bedrooms 2 stars. The food is ok but mostly catering for eastern european clients. The staff are all excellent and could not have been more helpful. We will not be going back to this venue.
Great chilled place .staff couldn't do enough for you. Rooms a bit dated only issue.
More positives than negatives
