The hotel is located on the beach in the centre of Gumbet with local transport passing in front of the property on a regular basis and a taxi stand situated nearby. The cosmopolitan resort of Bodrum, with its large yacht marina and the impressive St Peter's Castle, are both approximately 3 km away and are definitely worth a visit. There are numerous restaurants, bars, clubs and shops not far from the establishment. Two family-run hotels are combined and operating as a single complex. Their facilities include a common dining room, a charming café and a la carte restaurant. There is a good selection of sports and recreation activities and the complex also offers wireless Internet access in the lobby area. The rooms have tiled floors and are equipped with a satellite TV and individually regulated air conditioning.

Parkim
Staff were generally very friendly but the waiters in the restaurant tried to ignore serving people. The rooms had very little storage space and the quiet rooms were very small. The beds were fairly comfortable. The food was not very good.the only hot food was the breakfast. The transfer to the hotel was more like a mystery tour with even the driver not knowing where he was going.

Fabulous Holiday
I have been coming to Türkiye for well over 20 years. Love the place and the people. This is the best hotel I have stayed in ! Lovely gardens /pools. The staff always pleasant and smiling and very helpful. Lads in the restaurants very efficient and friendly especially Abit and his cousin ( sorry don't remember his name ) Food good and hot. Always something to suit. We had such a lovely time, already booked for next year

AMAZING
INCREDIBLE, amazing time had , I cannot fault anything been comming to Parkim Ayaz for many years and it never disappoints , staff work incredibly hard just love all the staff at cozy bar they very helpful and polite always smiling , the animation team Yilmaz, Mehmet, Deniz are just fabulous they are a great team and work well together to make everyone happy , the bar staff Suleyman , Batu , Cem, Muhammet, also work very hard ,I hope nothing changes at Cozy Bar as they are all incredible and very hard working they all work well as a team , I have already booked my next vacation there , The staff at snack bar are so friendly cant do enough for you cant fault anything, rooms were always spotless and toilets throught hotel was immaculate , looking forward to comming back

amazing hoilday as always bein goin there 17 years and cant fluat it 1 bit staff all work hard and cant do enough for you wouldnt change them for the world food great always something there for you to eat cozy bar staff couldn't do enough animation team keep up hard work and rooms was very clean everyday and cleaners couldn't do enough for u always went out there way make sure u had everything cant wait to go back again 1 best hotels in Turkey
