Amazing
The room , staff, pool and overall holiday was absolutely fantastic. My wife and I are definitely booking this hotel next year.
Excellent value family holiday
Very clean, food was delicious and varied, staff were kind and attentive. The only thing I would say is that the entertainment was very poor and the entertainment manager Chucky was odd and made me and my female family members feel uncomfortable. I would definitely consider coming again.

Had a lovely holiday. Wished we had booked to stay longer 7 days wasn't enough. Will definitely go back. Only thing i would say as a negative is the night time entertainment which is terrible. We spent a lot more money than anticipated because we had to go out!
Great hotel don't let one man spoil it all.
This was our 9th time at the Shark. We normally have a great time, friendly staff there to help you when and if needed, nice clean rooms done everyday unless asked them not to. The food could be better hotter for a start and a bit less chicken but you can always find something to eat. They have done a lot of alterations in the time we've been going. However this trip was different the atmosphere at the hotel was bad and it all came down to one man the so-called entertainment manager. He prayed on the young ladies giving them unwanted attention. I saw this with my own eyes. There were a lot of complaints put to the management but nothing was done. He disappeared for a few days but he was back a big mistake by the hotel he isn't giving them a good reputation. We don't know if we will be back next year which is sad because we like the Shark.
Chucky is the best🩷🩷🩷
We had the most amazing holiday at Shark hotel, and the staff made it an unforgettable experience. Chucky was amazing, and really looked after us both, making sure we were safe in the evenings and taking us where we needed to go - and providing entertainment everyday - never met anybody like him! All of the staff at the hotel were incredible, and made sure our experience here was the best. We will miss all of the staff and already cannot wait to return. Thank you for the best holiday we ever had 🩷
