4 Star Hotel - 6 star service - 5 stars
4 star hotel, 6 star service, all together 5 stars.
I stayed at the Vogue hotel, it's $1,000+ per night, and the bodrum beach resort, for $150/night. The amenities were of course better at vogue, but the quality of the room was similar, and the quality of service was better at bodrum beach resort. All in all, if the kids are happy, I'm happy, and the kids enjoyed Bodrum Beach Resort more than Vogue.
Top to bottom, the service was excellent. Reception, housekeeping, food and beverage, pool bar, and kids club, all were 5 stars. Thank you EVERYONE! I can't remember all your names, but special shout out to Yagmur, Ecem, Ilkai, Ilder, Emir, Elif, the nice man who watched over my kids on the slides (sweetest guy ever, and very attentive lifeguard), and of course Ibrahim, the pool-bar's fearless leader, he reminds me of the Gustav H from Grand Budapest Hotel, super friendly, but still very professional and helpful.
Food for thought:
- Add a bar upstairs so people can have cocktails while waiting for their taxis.
- Get new covers for the chaises by the pool. Tan, or aqua blue is much better. Orange doesn't make sense.
- Keep the wood flooring on the pool deck. It's perfect. It doesn't get hot, it's not slippery, and it's safer for the kids if they do slip and fall.
See you next summer, and maybe in February too, so happy to have found our home away from home :)
Also, they have a doctor on site. She took care of my son when he got scratched, thank you thank you!

We had a wonderful stay and were especially impressed by the staff. Yağmur, Emir, Elif, and Ildar were all incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. They genuinely made us feel taken care of.
A special thank you to Ibrahim, the Food & Beverage Manager. His professionalism, attention to detail, and the way he looks after the guests really stood out. He made our dining experience much more enjoyable and was always making sure everything was perfect.
Great hospitality and a fantastic team. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable!
Good vibes only
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel from 27.08 until 4.09 and enjoyed every moment of it. Our appartment in Zef residence was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. What impressed us most was the exceptional staff. Receptionists Gulnaz, Ela were incredibly friendly, attentive and highly professional. İlkay and Ayten were always ready to help, answered all our questions with care and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Zone manager İbrahim and all the snack bar/pool staff - İldar and others showed their attention to detail and dedication to guests that made a real difference. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience! We would be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The pool bar was honestly one of the best bars I've ever visited! They had amazing cocktails and delicious drinks, and the wonderful service from Emir made my trip even more enjoyable.

Lovely hotel
Hotel is very clean and tidy the staff cant do enough for you anything you ask they will do it, when we arrived they upgraded us to a big apartment instead of 3 separate rooms which has everything you wish for including a washing machine which is an added bonus whilst being on holiday! Cleaners are also lovely and friendly. There is a big pool in the main area of hotel and a private pool on the top of hotel for the apartments which was really quiet and private if you did prefer to go there and have a bit of privacy, all in all a really good hotel! Ibrahim the manager also cant do enough for you to enjoy your stay, my partner is fussy with food and ordered food the first day but didnt like it and he didnt hesitate to give a full refund. Close to the main strip only a 5 minute walk away and the beach is a stone throw way perfect for families as they have kids clubs a park and slides around the pool too.
